Claims (16)
- 多成分流体送達システムであって、
2つ以上の液体ポンプと、
前記2つ以上の流体ポンプのうちの第1の流体ポンプと、
前記2つ以上の流体ポンプのうちの第2の流体ポンプであって、前記第1の流体ポンプ及び前記第2の流体ポンプは互いに機械的に結合されていない、第2の流体ポンプと、
前記第1の流体ポンプを制御するように構成された第1のモータ制御器と、前記第2の流体ポンプを制御するように構成された第2のモータ制御器と、
プロセッサを具備する制御システムであって、前記プロセッサは、
前記第1の流体ポンプと前記第2の流体ポンプとの間の滑り率を導出し、
マスタースレーブモータ制御を適用して、前記滑り率に基づいて前記第1の流体ポンプ及び前記第2の流体ポンプを介して指定の流体比率を送達するように構成される、制御システムと、を具備し、
前記滑り率は、前記第1の流体ポンプと前記第2の流体ポンプとの間の滑り差を有する滑り率差を含み、
前記プロセッサは、前記第1のモータ制御器又は前記第2のモータ制御器のうちの一方をマスター制御器として使用し、前記第1のモータ制御器又は前記第2のモータ制御器のうちの他方をスレーブ制御器として使用し、
前記第1のモータ制御器及び前記第2のモータ制御器は、前記制御システムから信号を直接に受信するように構成されている、多成分流体送達システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、間接測定、直接測定又はその組み合わせを介して前記滑り率を導出するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記間接測定が流体圧力測定を含み、前記直接測定が流体流量測定を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 滑り率は、Q(t)=Pf×Ff×∫ΔP1/ 2dtである滑り量Qを含み、tはサンプル時間、Pf=実験的に測定されたポンプ係数、Ff=実験的に測定された流体係数、ΔP=Po−Pi、Po=出口圧力、Pi =入口圧力である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記滑り率は、ゼロ流量加圧状態での前記第1の流体ポンプ及び前記第2の流体ポンプの変位を介して判定される滑り量Qを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記マスタースレーブモータ制御を適用して、前記第1の流体ポンプの第1の出口及び前記第2の流体ポンプの第2の出口にて同一の流体圧力を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の流体ポンプは、発泡体分配ガンに前記発泡体分配ガンの第1のホース入口にある第1のホースを介して流体接続されるように構成され、前記第2の流体ポンプは、前記発泡体分配ガンの第2のホース入口にある第2のホースを介して前記発泡体分配ガンに接続されるように構成され、前記プロセッサは、前記マスタースレーブモータ制御を適用して、前記第1のホースと前記第2のホースとの間、前記第1のホース入口と前記第2のホース入口との間、前記第1のホースと前記第2のホース入口との間、前記第2のホースと前記第1のホース入口との間、あるいはその組み合わせにて均一な流体圧力を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スレーブ制御器は、マスター制御器モータドライブのマスター速度に対する前記滑り率を考慮することにより、スレーブ制御器モータドライブのスレーブ速度を制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の流体ポンプ及び第2の流体ポンプの滑り率を導出するステップであって、前記第1の流体ポンプ及び前記第2の流体ポンプは多成分流体送達システムに含まれ、前記第1の流体ポンプと第2の流体ポンプとは互いに機械的に結合されておらず、第1のモータ制御器が、前記第1の流体ポンプを制御するように構成され、第2のモータ制御器が、前記第2の流体ポンプを制御するように構成されており、
プロセッサは、前記第1のモータ制御器又は前記第2のモータ制御器のうちの一方をマスター制御器として使用し、前記第1のモータ制御器又は前記第2のモータ制御器のうちの他方をスレーブ制御器として使用し、
前記第1のモータ制御器及び前記第2のモータ制御器は、制御システムから信号を直接に受信するように構成されている、ステップと、
マスタースレーブモータ制御を適用して、前記滑り率に基づいて前記第1の流体ポンプ及び前記第2の流体ポンプを介して指定の流体比率を送達するステップであって、前記滑り率は、前記第1の流体ポンプと前記第2の流体ポンプとの間の滑り差を有する滑り率差を含む、ステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記滑り率を導出するステップは、間接測定を適用するステップを含み、前記間接測定は流体圧力測定を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り率は、Q(t)=Pf×Ff×∫ΔP1/ 2dtである滑り量Qを含み、tはサンプル時間、Pf=実験的に測定されたポンプ係数、Ff=実験的に測定された流体係数、ΔP=Po−Pi、Po=出口圧力、Pi =入口圧力である、請求項9に記載の方法。
