Description
Claims (9)
- 排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機であって、
凝縮水流出開口(22)を備えたケーシング(12)と、
冷却器(32)と、
前記ケーシング(12)内に流体を導入するための、前記冷却器(32)により冷却された流入導管(30)とを備えており、該流入導管(30)は、前記ケーシング(12)内に形成された流入開口(28)に開口しており、さらに、
ガス流入部(38)とガス流出部(40)とを有するガス流出用接続管片(35)を備えており、該ガス流出用接続管片(35)は、ガス流出導管(50)に開口している、排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機において、
前記ガス流出用接続管片(35)の前記ガス流入部(38)の横断面が、前記ガス流出用接続管片(35)の前記ガス流出部(40)の横断面よりも大きくなっており、
前記冷却器(32)は、底部と側壁とを備えて冷却媒体で満たされた容器を有しており、前記ケーシング(12)は、前記冷却器(32)の前記底部に配置されており、前記流入導管(30)は、前記冷却器(32)内で該冷却器(32)の前記側壁に沿ってらせん状に延在しており、前記流入開口(28)は、前記ケーシング(12)の側壁(26)に配置されており、前記流入導管(30)は、接線方向で前記ケーシング(12)に開口していることを特徴とする、排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。 - 前記ガス流出用接続管片(35)は、前記ガス流入部(38)と前記ガス流出部(40)との間に載頭円錐形の部分(42)を有している、請求項1記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
- 前記ガス流出用接続管片(35)は、前記ガス流入部(38)と前記ガス流出部(40)との間に段部を有している、請求項1記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
- 前記ガス流出用接続管片(35)は、前記ケーシング(12)内に侵入している侵入管(36)である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
- 前記侵入管(36)の前記ガス流入部(38)は、前記ケーシングの対称軸の方向で見て前記流入開口(28)と前記凝縮水流出開口(22)との間に配置されている、請求項4記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
- 前記侵入管(36)は、前記ケーシングと同心状に前記ケーシング(12)内へ侵入している、請求項4または5記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
- 前記ガス流出用接続管片(35)は、前記ケーシング(12)の上側の基底面(18)から外側に向かって延びている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
- 前記ガス流入部(38)の横断面は、前記ガス流出部(40)の横断面の2倍の大きさになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
- 前記ケーシング(12)は、内部に前記流入開口(28)が形成された円筒形のケーシング部分(14)と、該円筒形のケーシング部分(14)に続いており、内部に凝縮水流出開口(22)が形成された載頭円錐形のケーシング部分(16)と、を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の排気測定装置用凝縮水分離機。
