前記第2の指向性アンテナが、第2のアンテナ素子と、第2の反射体と、前記第2のアンテナ素子に接続された第2のフィードラインと、前記第2のフィードラインを制御するための第2のスイッチと、を含み、
前記第1のアンテナ素子がマイクロストリップダイポールアンテナ素子であり、前記第1のアンテナ素子の長さが前記アンテナアレイの動作波長のおよそ半分であり、
前記第1の反射体が寄生マイクロストリップアンテナ素子であり、前記第1の反射体の長さが前記第1のアンテナ素子の長さよりも長く、前記第1の反射体の中央点と前記第1のアンテナ素子との間の距離が、前記動作波長のおよそ四分の一であり、前記第1の反射体の2つの端部が前記第1のアンテナ素子に向かって曲げられており、
前記第2のアンテナ素子がマイクロストリップダイポールアンテナ素子であり、前記第2のアンテナ素子の長さが前記動作波長のおよそ半分であり、
前記第2の反射体が寄生マイクロストリップアンテナ素子であり、前記第2の反射体の長さが前記第2のアンテナ素子の長さよりも長く、前記第2の反射体の中央点と前記第2のアンテナ素子との間の距離が、前記動作波長のおよそ四分の一であり、前記第2の反射体の2つの端部が前記第2のアンテナ素子に向かって曲げられており、
前記第1の反射体の中央点と前記第2の反射体の中央点との間の距離が、前記第1のアンテナ素子の中央点と前記第2のアンテナ素子の中央点との間の距離よりも小さく、
前記アンテナアレイがさらに、第1の印刷回路基板と、第2の印刷回路基板と、を含み、
前記第1のアンテナ素子、前記第1のフィードライン、前記第1のスイッチ、前記第2のアンテナ素子、前記第2のフィードライン、及び前記第2のスイッチが、前記第1の印刷回路基板に配置され、
前記第1の反射体及び前記第2の反射体が、前記第2の印刷回路基板に配置され、
前記第1の印刷回路基板が、前記第2の印刷回路基板に対して平行であり、前記第2の印刷回路基板に固定された、アンテナアレイ。 - 前記第1の反射体の長さが、前記動作波長の0.54倍から0.6倍であり、前記第2の反射体の長さが、前記動作波長の0.54倍から0.6倍である、請求項1に記載のアンテナアレイ。
- 前記第1のスイッチ及び前記第2のスイッチがPINダイオードである、請求項1に記載のアンテナアレイ。
- 制御回路と、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナアレイと、を含む無線通信デバイスであって、前記制御回路が、前記アンテナアレイを指向性モードにあるように制御するために、前記第1のスイッチまたは前記第2のスイッチをスイッチオフするように構成された、無線通信デバイス。
- 前記制御回路がさらに、前記アンテナアレイを無指向性モードにあるように制御するために、前記第1のスイッチ及び前記第2のスイッチをスイッチオンするように構成された、請求項4に記載の無線通信デバイス。
