Description
Claims (6)
- 発光領域を含む画素によって構成された表示領域と、該表示領域の外側に設けられた額縁領域と、を備えた表示装置であって、
基板と、
前記表示領域及び前記額縁領域に分離して形成され、前記表示領域において前記発光領域の周囲に配置されたリブと、
前記額縁領域に配置されたマスク支持部と、
を有し、
前記マスク支持部の頂部に光を遮断する遮光膜が配置され、
前記マスク支持部の頂部は、前記基板の厚み方向に対して前記表示領域に配置されたリブの頂部より高いことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記表示領域を覆う封止膜と、
前記表示領域を囲うように、前記額縁領域に形成された堰止部と、
をさらに有し、
前記堰止部は、前記マスク支持部の内側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - さらに、前記封止膜の上に樹脂マスクを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記マスク支持部の頂部は、前記リブの頂部よりも少なくとも10μm高いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の表示装置。
- 発光領域を含む画素によって構成された表示領域と、該表示領域の外側に設けられた額縁領域と、を備えた表示装置の製造方法であって、
基板上に、前記表示領域において前記発光領域の周囲に配置され、前記表示領域及び前記額縁領域に分離して配置されるリブを形成する工程と、
前記額縁領域に配置され、少なくとも前記リブよりも上に成膜用マスクを支持するマスク支持部を形成する工程と、
前記マスク支持部の頂部に光を遮断する遮光膜を形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記マスク支持部は、前記基板の厚み方向に対して前記リブより高いことを特徴とする表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記マスク支持部の頂部を、前記リブの頂部よりも少なくとも10μm高く形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
