Claims (6)
- 中空翼を精密鋳造するための鋳型であって、
Ni合金、Co合金またはFe合金からなる金属溶湯が注湯されるキャビティを有する鋳型本体と、
前記鋳型本体のキャビティに配置され、セラミックスで形成される中子と、
前記鋳型本体に設けられ、前記中子を支持し、Pd、Au及びAgの少なくとも1つを含有し、残部がPtと不可避的不純物とからなる白金族合金で形成される支持部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする鋳型。 - 請求項1に記載の鋳型であって、
前記支持部材は、Pd−Pt合金、Au−Pt合金またはAg−Pt合金で形成されていることを特徴とする鋳型。 - 請求項2に記載の鋳型であって、
前記鋳型は、一方向凝固鋳造用または単結晶鋳造用であり、
前記支持部材は、Pd−Pt合金で形成されていることを特徴とする鋳型。 - 請求項2に記載の鋳型であって、
前記鋳型は、普通鋳造用であり、
前記支持部材は、Au−Pt合金またはAg−Pt合金で形成されていることを特徴とする鋳型。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の鋳型であって、
前記支持部材は、細長く形成されており、前記支持部材の一端側が前記鋳型本体に係合しており、前記支持部材の他端側が前記中子と係合していることを特徴とする鋳型。 - 中空翼の精密鋳造方法であって、
請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の鋳型の前記キャビティに、Ni合金、Co合金またはFe合金からなる金属溶湯を注湯し、前記金属溶湯に前記支持部材を融合させながら鋳込む鋳込み工程と、
前記鋳型を冷却することにより、前記支持部材を融合させた金属溶湯を凝固させて鋳造体を形成する凝固工程と、
前記鋳造体から前記中子を除去する中子除去工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする精密鋳造方法。
