− 内側管状壁及び外側管状壁を有する冷却可能な二重壁管であって、前記内側管状壁は、急冷する前記反応ガスを搬送すべく構成されており、前記内側管状壁及び前記外側管状壁によって画定される空間が冷媒を搬送すべく構成されている前記二重壁管と、
− 耐火性充填材料が充填された中間空間を画定する外側壁部分及び内側壁部分を含み、二又に分かれている長手断面を有する管状連結部材であって、前記管状連結部材の合流端部が、冷却不可能な反応ガスを搬送するパイプと連結して配置されており、前記外側壁部分は、冷却可能な前記二重壁管の前記外側管状壁と連結されており、前記内側壁部分と冷却可能な前記二重壁管の前記内側管状壁との間に軸方向の間隙が残されている前記管状連結部材と、

- 前記耐火性充填材料は、熱伝導率が異なる耐火性充填材料の少なくとも2つの層を軸方向に有しており、前記耐火性充填材料の少なくとも2つの層の熱伝導率は、冷却可能な前記二重壁管に向かって減少することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
