Claims (6)
- 冷却管と非冷却管の間に管継手を有する分解ガスの冷却のための熱交換器であって、前記冷却管は冷却される内管(3)とジャケット管(4)により構成されていて、内管(3)がジャケット管(4)よって囲繞されていること、断面がフォーク状で前記非冷却管に接続されていて、外部の管部分(13)と、内部の管部分(12)とを有し、それらの間に断熱材を充填した中間室がある流入ヘッド(11)を介して、前記冷却管が熱い前記非冷却管に接続されていること、外部の管部分(13)がジャケット管(4)に接続されており、かつ内部の管部分(12)が内管(3)に小さい軸線方向間隔で対向しており、かつ内管(3)の端部表面と内部の管部分(12)の間にシールが配設されていること、を備えた熱交換器において、
シールがUリング(19)として形成され、かつ流入ヘッド(11)の内部の管部分(12)の端部表面の凹所(18)の中に配設されており、前記凹所(18)は、内管(3)に小さい軸線方向間隔で対向する内部の管部分(12)の突出する周縁領域(17)の頂部半径方向外側に形成されており、かつ流入ヘッド(11)の内部の管部分(12)の周縁領域(17)と内管(3)の間の小さい軸線方向間隔が流入ヘッド(11)の最大熱膨張と等しくまたはそれより小さいことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 断熱材を収容する流入ヘッド(11)の中間室の上方に、密に流入ヘッド(11)の内部および外部の管部分(12、13)と溶接されている気体非透過性の膜(20)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 気体非透過性の膜(20)が波形であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の熱交換器。
- 流入ヘッド(11)の外部の管部分(13)およびジャケット管(4)がそれぞれ互いに対向する側で水室(5)と接続されており、前記水室(5)が重厚なストリップ状の部材からなり、その中に凹部(6)の薄い底部(7)の中に溶接されたそれぞれ1本のみの内管(3)を囲繞する円形の凹部(6)が取り込まれており、かつ凹部(6)の直径がジャケット管(4)の内径に相当することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 流入ヘッド(11)の外部の管部分(13)が直接ジャケット管(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の熱交換器。
- 断熱材が複数の軸線方向に相前後して置かれる層(14、15、16)から構成されており、それらの熱伝導率が内管(3)からの距離と共に上昇することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。
