Description
管状分離炉における高温のプロセスガスを導出するための集合導管であって、該集合導管が内側から外側に向かって少なくとも2つの層、即ち、
‐耐火コンクリート又は耐火壁から成る絶縁層及び
‐金属のアウタ管の壁を有しており、
当該集合導管が有利には第3の層、即ち、
‐金属のインナ管の壁を有しており、
更に当該集合導管が、管状分離炉の反応管を集合導管に接続可能な複数の接続管片を有している形式の、管状分離炉における高温のプロセスガスを導出するための集合導管が見いだされた。この場合、前記集合導管は周方向で異なった熱透過抵抗を有している。
Claims (6)
- 管状分離炉において高温のプロセスガスを導出するための集合導管であって、該集合導管が、内側から外側に向かって少なくとも2つの層、即ち、
‐耐火コンクリート又は耐火壁から成る絶縁層、
‐金属のアウタ管の壁を有しており、
更に、当該集合導管が、管状炉の管を集合導管に接続することのできる複数の接続管片を有している形式のものにおいて、
前記アウタ管内に流れ室が偏心的に配置されており、これにより、絶縁層が周方向で見て異なる厚さ及び熱透過抵抗を有しており、
前記絶縁層が、周方向で見て接続管片の領域に最大の厚さを有していることを特徴とする、管状分離炉のための集合導管。 - 前記集合導管が、内側から外側に向かって第3の層として金属のインナ管の壁を有している、請求項1記載の集合導管。
- 前記の偏心的な流れ室の大きさ及び位置が、偏心的に配置された金属のインナ管により形成される、請求項1又は2記載の集合導管。
- 前記絶縁層が、周方向で見て異なる材料を有する2つ又は複数のセグメントから形成され、これらの材料の違いは、少なくともそれぞれ物質固有の熱伝導率にあり、当該材料が耐火コンクリート類又は耐火煉瓦のグループから選ばれている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の集合導管。
- 前記セグメントのうち、最も高い熱透過抵抗を有する材料から成るセグメントが、周方向で見て接続管片の領域に配置されている、請求項4記載の集合導管。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の1本又は複数本の集合導管を有していることを特徴とする、管状分離炉。
