Description
Claims (14)
- RFIDタグ中に使用するためのアンテナであって、
ヤーンを含み、前記ヤーンがステンレス鋼繊維を含むか、または
前記RFIDアンテナがステンレス鋼ワイヤを含み、
前記ステンレス鋼繊維または前記ステンレス鋼ワイヤが5%未満のマルテンサイト重量パーセント値を有し、
前記ステンレス鋼繊維または前記ステンレス鋼ワイヤが焼きなまし微細構造を有する、アンテナ。 - 前記ステンレス鋼繊維または前記ステンレス鋼ワイヤがASTM A240に準拠した300シリーズまたは200シリーズのステンレス鋼からできている、請求項1に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記ステンレス鋼繊維または前記ステンレス鋼ワイヤが、12〜15重量%のニッケル、17〜18重量%のクロム、2〜2.5重量%のモリブデン、0.03重量%未満の炭素、および0.1重量%未満の窒素を含むステンレス鋼合金を含むか、またはそれからできている、請求項1に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記ステンレス鋼繊維または前記ステンレス鋼ワイヤが高窒素オーステナイト鋼合金からできている、請求項1に記載のアンテナ。
- ヤーンを含み、前記ヤーンがステンレス鋼繊維を含み、
前記ステンレス鋼繊維がフィラメントとして存在するか、または
前記ステンレス鋼繊維が個別の長さの繊維として存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ。 - ヤーンを含み、前記ヤーンがステンレス鋼繊維を含み、前記ステンレス鋼繊維がフィラメントとして存在し、
前記ヤーンが、200回/メートル未満の撚り数で撚られたマルチフィラメントヤーンである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ。 - ヤーンを含み、前記ヤーンがステンレス鋼繊維を含み、前記ヤーンの線密度が350tex未満である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記ヤーンまたは前記ステンレス鋼ワイヤがポリマーコーティングでコーティングされている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ。
- トランスポンダーと、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナとを含み、前記アンテナが前記トランスポンダーに連結されている、RFIDタグ。
- トランスポンダーと、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の2つのアンテナとを含み、前記2つのアンテナがそれぞれ前記トランスポンダーに連結されている、請求項9に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 織物と、請求項9または10に記載のRFIDタグとの組立体であって、前記RFIDタグが前記織物上に固定されている、組立体。
- 前記アンテナが前記織物上に固定され、それによって前記アンテナが前記織物上で起伏する、請求項11に記載の組立体。
- 前記アンテナが1本または2本以上のステッチヤーンによって前記織物上に固定されている、請求項11または12に記載の組立体。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組立体を含む衣料品またはベッドシーツ。
