Description
本発明の一実施形態によれば、3種のテレフタレート系物質と3種のトリエチレングリコールジエステル系物質を含む混合可塑剤組成物が提供され、具体的に前記テレフタレート系物質は、ジブチルテレフタレート、ブチル(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレート、及びジ(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレートを含むことを特徴とし、前記トリエチレングリコールジエステル系物質は、トリエチレングリコールビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、(2−エチルヘキサノイルオキシ)トリエチレングリコールベンゾエート、及びトリエチレングリコールジベンゾエートを含むことを特徴とする。

本発明で前記可塑剤組成物を製造する方式は、ブレンド方式を適用できるものであって、テレフタレート系物質、トリエチレングリコールジエステル系物質をそれぞれ製造した以後に混合する過程を介して、可塑剤組成物を製造することができる。
[反応式1]
本発明の他の一実施形態によれば、前記可塑剤組成物は、エチレン酢酸ビニル、ポリエチレン、ポリケトン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリウレタン、または熱可塑性エラストマー、またはこれらの混合物等の樹脂100重量部に対して、5から150重量部、10から100重量部、あるいは30から60重量部の範囲内に含まれてよく、適用される用途に応じて70から130重量部が適用されてよい。
以下、本発明を具体的に説明するために実施例を挙げて詳しく説明する。しかし、本発明に係る実施例はいくつか異なる形態に変形されてよく、本発明の範囲が下記で詳述する実施例に限定されるものに解釈されてはならない。本発明の実施例は、当業界で平均的な知識を有する者に本発明をより完全に説明するために提供されるものである。
撹拌機、コンデンサー及びデカンターが設けられた反応器に、ジ(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレート((株)LG化学)2000g及びn−ブタノール340g(DEHTP 100重量部を基準に17重量部)を投入した後、窒素雰囲気下で160℃の反応温度で2時間トランスエステル化反応させ、ジブチルテレフタレート(DBTP)、ブチル(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレート(BEHTP)及びジ(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレート(DEHTP)を、それぞれ4.0重量%、35.0重量%及び61.0重量%範囲で含む組成物を得た。
撹拌機、コンデンサー及びデカンターが設けられた反応器に、トリエチレングリコール450.5g、2−エチルヘキサノン酸778.7g、安息香酸293.0g及び触媒としてテトラノーマルブチルチタネート2.0gを投入した後、窒素雰囲気下で220℃まで昇温して10時間エステル化反応を行った。それ以後、精製工程を経てトリエチレングリコールビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、(2−エチルヘキサノイルオキシ)トリエチレングリコールベンゾエート、及びトリエチレングリコールジベンゾエートをそれぞれ42.4重量%、45.4重量%及び12.2重量%の範囲で含む組成物を得た。
ASTM D2240を用いて、25℃でのショア(shore A及びD)硬度、3T 10sを測定し、低いほど優れるものと評価される項目である。
ASTM D638方法によって、テスト機器であるU.T.M(製造社;Instron、モデル;4466)を用いてクロスヘッドスピード(cross head speed)を100mm/min(0.25T)で引っ張った後、試片が切断される地点を測定した。引張強度は、TD方向とMD方向に対して測定し、次のように計算しており、高いほど優れるものと評価される項目である:

ASTM D638方法によって、前記U.T.Mを用いてクロスヘッドスピード(cross head speed)を100mm/min(0.25T)で引っ張った後、試片が切断される地点を測定するが、TD方向とMD方向に対して測定した後、伸び率を次のように計算しており、高いほど優れるものと評価される項目である。:
伸び率(%)=[伸張後の長さ/初期の長さ]×100
KSM−3156によって厚さ2mm以上の試片(1T)を得て、試片の両面にPS Plateを貼り付けた後、1kgf/cm2の荷重を加えた。試片を熱風循環式オーブン(80℃)で72時間放置した後、取り出して常温で4時間冷却させた。その後、試片の両面に付着されたPSを除去した後、オーブンに放置する前と後の重量を測定し、移行損失量を下記のような式によって計算しており、低いほど優れるものと評価される項目である。
移行損失量(%)=[(常温での試片の初期重量−オーブン放置後の試片の重量)/常温での試片の初期重量]x100
製作された試片を80℃で72時間作業した後、試片の重量を測定して下記のように計算しており、低いほど優れるものと評価される項目である。
加熱減量(%)=[(初期試片の重量−作業後の試片の重量)/初期試片の重量]x100
ASTM D638方法によって、前記U.T.Mを用いてクロスヘッドスピード(cross head speed)を100mm/min(0.25T)で引っ張った後、TD方向とMD方向に対して100%伸張時の引張応力(100%モジュラス)を測定しており、低いほど優れるものと評価される。
NDH 7000 Haze Meterを用いてヘイズ及び透明度を測定しており、ヘイズは低いほど優れ、透明度は高いほど優れるものと評価される。
手で直接接触して粘着の優れた程度を5 Scaleとして1が優れ、5が劣悪であるものと評価しており、巻き戻しの優れた程度を5 Scaleとして1が優れ、5が劣悪であるものと評価した。
前記表1に記載された実施例及び比較例の混合可塑剤組成物を用いて試片を製作した。
Claims (7)
- ジブチルテレフタレート、ブチル(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレート、及びジ(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレートを含むテレフタレート系物質;及び
トリエチレングリコールビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、(2−エチルヘキサノイルオキシ)トリエチレングリコールベンゾエート、及びトリエチレングリコールジベンゾエートを含むトリエチレングリコールジエステル系物質;を含む、可塑剤組成物。 - 前記テレフタレート系物質及びトリエチレングリコールジエステル系物質は、重量比が90:10から10:90であるものである、請求項1に記載の可塑剤組成物。
- 前記テレフタレート系物質は、ジブチルテレフタレートが0.5から50重量%;ブチル(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレートが3.0から70重量%;及びジ(2−エチルヘキシル)テレフタレートが0.5から85重量%で含まれるものである、請求項1または2に記載の可塑剤組成物。
- 前記トリエチレングリコールジエステル系物質は、トリエチレングリコールビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)が0.5から85重量%;(2−エチルヘキサノイルオキシ)トリエチレングリコールベンゾエートが3.0から70重量%;及びトリエチレングリコールジベンゾエートが0.5から50重量%で含まれるものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の可塑剤組成物。
- 樹脂100重量部;及び、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の可塑剤組成物5から150重量部;を含む、樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂は、エチレン酢酸ビニル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリケトン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリウレタン及び熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群から選択された1種以上のものである、請求項5に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、電線、床材、自動車内装材、フィルム、シート、壁紙及びチューブからなる群から選択された1種以上の製品の材料であるものである、請求項5または6に記載の樹脂組成物。
