Claims (7)
- スピンドルを監視するための測定システム(01)であって、
スピンドルハウジングに配置可能でありかつ機械的に固定して接続可能である円筒状のハウジング(02)と、
前記ハウジング(02)の内部に配置され該ハウジング(02)に機械的に固定して接続された支持体リング(05)と、
前記スピンドルの径方向の変位を測定する3つの第1のセンサ(07)と、前記スピンドルの軸方向の変位を測定する3つの第2のセンサ(08)と、を備え、
前記第1および第2のセンサ(07,08)は、前記支持体リング(05)の周面にわたって分散して配置され、前記支持体リング(05)に機械的に固定して接続されている、測定システム(01)において、
前記第1および第2のセンサ(07,08)が、前記支持体リング(05)と共に注型されており、
前記第1および第2のセンサ(07,08)はそれぞれ、渦電流センサであり、
前記測定システム(01)は、さらに、軸方向の測定面を有する第1の測定リング(14)と、径方向の測定面を有する第2の測定リング(15)とを備えており、前記第1および第2の測定リング(14,15)は、スピンドルに機械的に固定して接続可能であり、前記第1および第2の測定リング(14,15)は、前記支持体リング(05)の内部に配置可能でありかつ測定面が前記第1および第2のセンサ(07,08)によって検出可能であるように寸法設定されていることを特徴とする、測定システム(01)。 - 前記測定システム(01)は、さらに、前記第1および第2のセンサ(07,08)とのデータ交換およびエネルギー交換のための少なくとも1つの電子モジュール(09)を備えており、該電子モジュール(09)は、前記支持体リング(05)と共に注型されている、請求項1記載の測定システム(01)。
- 前記測定システム(01)は、複数の電子モジュール(09)を有しており、該複数の電子モジュール(09)は、フレキシブルプリント基板(10)を介して相互に接続されている、請求項2記載の測定システム(01)。
- 前記第1および第2の測定リング(14,15)は、相互に機械的に固定して接続されているか、または一体的に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の測定システム(01)。
- 前記ハウジング(02)は、接続ケーブル(04)を前記ハウジング(02)内に案内するための開口(03)を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の測定システム(01)。
- 前記ハウジング(02)は、金属からなる、請求項5記載の測定システム(01)。
- それぞれ1つの前記第1のセンサ(07)と前記第2のセンサ(08)とが、対になってまとめられて配置されており、前記センサ対は、相互に120°ずらされて配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の測定システム(01)。
