Claims (12)
- 電極組立体を収容するカン部材と、
前記カン部材の開口部を覆うトップキャップ組立体と、
前記トップキャップ組立体に設けられ、前記カン部材内部の内圧が増加する時にガスを排出するための安全ベントとを含んでなり、
前記安全ベントは、
本体と、
前記本体の外側縁部がベンディング(bending)されているベンディング部とを含み、
前記ベンディング部と前記本体の間には緩衝空間が形成され、
前記ベンディング部は、
前記本体から起立するようにベンディングされている起立部と、
前記起立部の端部から前記本体の内側方向にベンディングされている支持部と、
前記支持部の端部から前記本体の表面に沿ってベンディングされ、前記本体と接触する接触部とを含む、二次電池。 - 電極組立体を収容するカン部材と、
前記カン部材の開口部を覆うトップキャップ組立体と、
前記トップキャップ組立体に設けられ、前記カン部材内部の内圧が増加する時にガスを排出するための安全ベントとを含んでなり、
前記安全ベントは、
本体と、
前記本体の外側縁部がベンディング(bending)されているベンディング部とを含み、
前記ベンディング部と前記本体の間には緩衝空間が形成され、
前記緩衝空間に挿入される緩衝部材をさらに含む、二次電池。 - 電極組立体を収容するカン部材と、
前記カン部材の開口部を覆うトップキャップ組立体と、
前記トップキャップ組立体に設けられ、前記カン部材内部の内圧が増加する時にガスを排出するための安全ベントとを含んでなり、
前記安全ベントは、
本体と、
前記本体の外側縁部がベンディング(bending)されているベンディング部とを含み、
前記ベンディング部と前記本体の間には緩衝空間が形成され、
前記ベンディング部の端部は本体と接触している、二次電池。 - 前記ベンディング部は、
前記本体から起立するようにベンディングされている起立部と、
前記起立部の端部から前記本体の内側方向にベンディングされている支持部と、
前記支持部の端部から前記本体の表面に沿ってベンディングされ、前記本体と接触する接触部とを含む、請求項2または3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部は、
前記起立部の端部から前記本体の上面と平行した方向にベンディングされている上部と、
前記上部の端部と前記接触部を連結するブリッジ部とを含む、請求項1または4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部は、傾斜面で形成される、請求項1または4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝空間のまわりを、前記本体と前記起立部と前記支持部が取り囲む、請求項1および4から6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝空間は、リング状に取り囲まれる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カン部材の開口部を折り曲げるクリンピング(crimping)により、前記ベンディング部が前記カン部材に締結される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝空間は、前記クリンピング時の圧力を緩衝する、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベンディング部と前記カン部材の間を絶縁するクリンピングガスケットを含む、請求項9または10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝部材は、ゴム、合成樹脂、繊維、シリコン中のいずれか一つ以上の素材からなる、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
