Description
Claims (15)
- 目標灌流スキャンのためのシステムであって、
器官の組織の一部の灌流スキャンを実施するCTスキャナと、
動脈血管ツリーの動脈ロケーションを、当該動脈ロケーションで血液供給される前記器官の空間的に位置特定される器官組織にマッピングする血液供給区域マップと、
狭窄のロケーション及び前記血液供給区域マップから、目標カバレッジを決定し、前記決定された目標カバレッジに従って前記灌流スキャンを実施するよう前記CTスキャナを制御する1又は複数のプロセッサを有する目標灌流ユニットと、
を有するシステム。 - 健康器官の1又は複数の動脈血管ツリー及び対応する器官組織のサンプリングに基づいて、前記血液供給区域マップを生成する前記1又は複数のプロセッサを有する血液供給区域マップユニットを更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記動脈血管ツリーのCTアンギオグラフィスキャンから前記狭窄のロケーションを決定するように構成される前記1又は複数のプロセッサを有する狭窄ユニットを更に有する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標灌流ユニットは、前記灌流スキャンの間、前記目標カバレッジにスキャニングを制限するように前記CTスキャナを制御する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標カバレッジは、前記CTスキャナの視野内において、前記器官の第1の軸方向位置及び第2の軸方向置の間に複数の位置を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標カバレッジは、前記CTスキャナの視野より小さい軸方向位置間の距離を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血液供給区域マップは、前記動脈血管ツリーの末端分岐の各々から、接続される上流の分岐への階層的なマッピング、及び前記動脈血管ツリーの各分岐により血液供給される前記器官の組織へのマッピングを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血液供給区域マップは、冠動脈血管ツリーによって血液供給される心筋組織をマッピングする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血液供給区域マップユニットは、前記器官及び前記動脈血管ツリーの解剖学的モデルを使用して、前記狭窄のロケーションに前記血液供給区域マップをフィットさせる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 灌流スキャンを実施する方法であって、
器官の動脈血管ツリー内の狭窄のロケーション及び前記動脈血管ツリーの動脈ロケーションを、当該動脈ロケーションで血液供給される前記器官の空間的に位置特定される器官組織にマッピングする血液供給区域マップから、目標カバレッジを決定するステップと、
前記灌流スキャンの間、前記目標カバレッジに従って器官組織の一部をスキャンするようにCTスキャナを制御するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 健康器官の1又は複数の動脈血管ツリー及び対応する器官組織のサンプリングに基づいて、前記血液供給区域マップを生成するステップを更に有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記血液供給区域マップは、前記動脈血管ツリーの最小分岐から階層的により大きい分岐へのマッピング、及び前記動脈血管ツリーの各分岐により血液供給される前記器官の組織へのマッピングを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記血液供給区域マップは、冠動脈血管ツリーによって血液供給される心筋組織をマッピングする、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記血液供給区域マップを生成するステップは、前記器官及び前記動脈血管ツリーの解剖学的モデルを使用して、前記狭窄のロケーションに前記血液供給区域マップをフィットさせるステップを含む、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 器官の動脈血管ツリー内の狭窄のロケーションと、前記動脈血管ツリーの動脈ロケーションを、当該動脈ロケーションで血液供給される前記器官の空間的に位置特定される器官組織にマッピングする血液供給区域マップとから、CTスキャナの目標カバレッジを決定するステップと、
前記目標カバレッジに従って、目標CT灌流スキャンを実施するようにCTスキャナを制御するステップと、
を1又は複数のプロセッサに実行させる命令を有する非一時的コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
