Claims (9)
- 医療画像処理のためのコンピュータ実装方法であって、
クライアントデバイスから該クライアントデバイスを作動させているユーザから開始された要求をサーバで受信する段階と、
前記サーバによってホストされた指令処理モジュールにより、1又は2以上のセンサによって取り込まれたユーザ身体的アクションを識別するユーザアクション識別子(ID)を前記要求に基づいて決定する段階と、
前記指令処理モジュールにより、前記クライアントデバイスで現在表示されている第1の医療画像に鑑みて前記ユーザアクションIDに基づいて第1のセットの1又は2以上の画像処理指令を決定する段階であって、
前記ユーザアクションIDに基づいて前記第1のセットの1又は2以上の画像処理指令を決定する段階は、
1又は2以上の目印に関連付けられた1つ以上の画像の第2のセットを識別するために、前記第1の医療画像の1又は2以上の目印に基づいて指令(アクション/指令)マッピングデータ構造内でアクションのルックアップ作動を実施する段階と、
前記ユーザアクションIDに基づいて画像処理指令の前記第2のセットから1又は2以上の画像処理指令の第1のセットを決定する段階と、
を含み、
画像処理エンジンにより、前記1又は2以上の画像処理指令を実行することによって前記第1の医療画像に基づいて画像処理作動を実施して第2の医療画像を発生させる段階と、
前記第2の医療画像を前記クライアントデバイスに該クライアントデバイスで前記ユーザに提示されるように送信する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記画像処理作動は、前記第1の医療画像の1又は2以上の目印に基づいて測定を実施する段階を含み、
前記第2の医療画像は、前記第1の医療画像に基づく前記測定の結果を表す、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記1又は2以上のセンサは、マイクロフォン、カメラ、赤外線センサ、又は運動検出器のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記要求は、前記クライアントデバイスに物理的にタッチすることなく前記1又は2以上のセンサを通じて前記ユーザによって開始される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記要求は、前記クライアントデバイスで現在表示されている前記第1の医療画像に関連付けられた1又は2以上の目印を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記要求は、前記第1の医療画像を識別する画像IDを含み、
前記1又は2以上の目印は、前記画像IDに基づいて前記第1の医療画像から決定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の医療画像が、複数のワークフロー段を有する画像処理ワークフローの第1のワークフロー段に関連付けられると決定する段階と、
前記画像処理ワークフローの第2のワークフロー段を決定する段階と、
前記ユーザアクションIDに基づいて前記第2のワークフロー段に関連付けられた前記1又は2以上の画像処理指令を決定する段階と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ユーザアクションIDが前記ユーザの第1の身体部位によって実施されるユーザアクションを識別すると決定する段階と、
前記1又は2以上の画像処理指令を決定するために前記第1の身体部位を識別する第1の身体部位IDに基づいてアクションから指令(アクション/指令)マッピングデータ構造内でルックアップ作動を実施する段階と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 命令を格納した非一時的機械可読ストレージ媒体であって、前記命令がプロセッサによって実行された時に、請求項1から請求項7の方法のいずれか1項に記載の動作か実行されるようになっている非一時的機械可読ストレージ媒体。
- プロセッサと、
メモリから実行された時にプロセッサをして請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施させる命令を格納するために該プロセッサに結合されたメモリと、
を含むことを特徴とする装置。
