Description
Claims (19)
- 複数の多流体ノズル(5)と、穴(8)を有する本体(2)とを備える、レーザ−組織間接触領域の状態を整えるためのノズルデバイス(1)であって、
前記穴(8)が、レーザ入口(82)およびレーザ出口(81)を有し、
前記ノズルデバイス(1)が、レーザ医療デバイスによって生成されたレーザビームが前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の前記レーザ入口(82)に入って前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の前記レーザ出口(81)から出るように、前記レーザ医療デバイスに取り付けられるように適合され、
前記本体(2)が、前記多流体ノズル(5)を収容し、
前記多流体ノズル(5)が、前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の前記レーザ出口(81)の周りに配置され、
前記多流体ノズル(5)が、外部混合型多流体ノズル(5)である、ノズルデバイス(1)。 - 前記多流体ノズル(5)が、調整可能な噴霧方向を有する、請求項1に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記複数の多流体ノズル(5)が、前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の前記レーザ出口(81)の周りに規則的に配置された3つ、4つ、5つ、または6つの多流体ノズル(5)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記本体(2)が、積み重ねられた複数のプレート(21、22)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記積み重ねられた複数のプレート(21、22)が、気体供給プレート(22)を含み、前記気体供給プレート(22)が、

前記気体供給プレート(22)の前記貫通穴が、前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の前記レーザ出口(81)を含み、
前記気体供給チャネル(222)のそれぞれが、前記気体チャンバ(221)のうちの1つに接続され、
前記気体チャンバ(221)のそれぞれが、対応する前記多流体ノズル(5)の吐出口(51)である吐出口を有する、請求項4に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。 - 前記積み重ねられた複数のプレート(21、22)が、液体供給プレート(21)を含み、前記液体供給プレート(21)が、
前記多流体ノズル(5)のそれぞれのための液体チャンバ(211)と、
前記液体チャンバ(211)のそれぞれのための液体供給チャネルと、
液体放出チャネル(52)と、
前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の一部分である貫通穴と
を有し、
前記液体供給チャネルのそれぞれが、前記液体チャンバ(211)のうちの1つに接続され、
前記液体チャンバ(211)のそれぞれが、前記液体放出チャネル(52)のうちの1つに接続され、
前記液体放出チャネル(52)のそれぞれが、前記気体供給プレート(22)の前記気体チャンバ(221)のうちの1つを通って前記気体供給プレート(22)の前記気体チャンバ(221)のうちの前記1つの前記吐出口まで延在する、請求項5に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。 - 前記多流体ノズル(5)のそれぞれが、弁が装備された気体供給部(71)を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記多流体ノズル(5)のそれぞれが、弁が装備された液体供給部(73)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記気体供給部(71)の前記弁および液体供給部(73)の弁を互いに無関係に開閉させるための弁制御部を備える、請求項7に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の前記レーザ出口(81)の周りに配置された複数の光源(6)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記本体(2)が、RFIDチップを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記レーザ医療デバイスによって生成された前記レーザビームによって生じるデブリを吸引するかまたは吹き飛ばすように配置された気体流引入れ口/吐出口(212、223)を備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記積み重ねられた複数のプレートが、デブリ防御プレート(21)を含み、前記デブリ防御プレート(21)が、
前記本体(2)の前記穴(8)の一部分である貫通穴と、
前記貫通穴(8)に向けられている開口した内側気体チャンバ(212)と、
気体流チャネルと
を有し、
前記気体流チャネルが、前記内側気体チャンバ(212)に接続される、請求項4に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。 - 前記デブリ防御プレート(21)が、前記レーザ−組織間接触領域に配向されている開口した外側気体チャンバ(215)を備え、気体流チャネルが、前記外側気体チャンバ(215)に接続される、請求項13に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 貫通穴と、クロージャ(42、43)と、レーザ医療デバイス固定部(412)と、取付け構造体(411)とを有する基部(4)を備え、前記クロージャ(42、43)が、前記貫通穴を閉じる閉位置から、前記貫通穴が開かれる開位置へと、調節可能であり、前記レーザ医療デバイス固定部(412)が、前記ノズルデバイス(1)を前記レーザ医療デバイスに固定するように配置され、前記取付け構造体(411)が、前記本体(2)を前記基部(4)に取り付けるように配置される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
- 前記クロージャ(42、43)が、前記本体(2)が前記基部(4)から取り外されたときには前記クロージャ(42、43)がその閉位置にあり、前記本体(2)が前記基部(4)に取り付けられたときには前記クロージャ(42、43)がその開位置にあるように構成されている、請求項15に記載のノズルデバイス(1)。
