Claims (13)
- 含油排水から得られた、芳香族炭化水素を含む溶存油分を含む被処理液を、耐油性逆浸透膜で処理することによって前記溶存油分の除去と脱塩処理とを同時に行うことを含み、
前記耐油性逆浸透膜が、フルオロポリマー及びイミド基含有ポリマーから選択される1以上のポリマーを含む多孔質支持層を有する、含油排水の処理方法。 - 前記芳香族炭化水素が、ベンゼン、トルエン、エチルベンゼン、及びキシレンの1以上である、請求項1に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記被処理液中の油分濃度が0.1mg/L以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記含油排水が、随伴水、ウォッシュウォーター、及び湿式空気酸化処理水の1以上である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記耐油性逆浸透膜の油分除去率が60%以上であり、
前記油分除去率が、前記耐油性逆浸透膜による前記処理前の前記被処理液の油分濃度をCo1とし、前記耐油性逆浸透膜による前記処理後の透過液の油分濃度をCo2とした場合、(1−Co2/Co1)×100である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の含油排水の処理方法。 - 前記耐油性逆浸透膜の塩阻止率が85%以上であり、
前記塩阻止率が、前記耐油性逆浸透膜による前記処理前の前記被処理液の塩濃度をCi1、前記耐油性逆浸透膜による前記処理後の透過液の塩濃度をCi2とした場合、(1−Ci2/Ci1)×100である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の含油排水の処理方法。 - 前記耐油性逆浸透膜による前記処理を0.3MPa以上の圧力下で行う、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記耐油性逆浸透膜による前記処理の前に、前記含油排水から、目視確認できる程度に大きいサイズで浮上するフリー油分と、エマルション油分とを除去することを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記溶存油分を薬剤によって分解することなく、前記被処理液を前記耐油性逆浸透膜で処理する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記耐油性逆浸透膜が、多孔質支持層と、前記多孔質支持層上に設けられた分離機能層とを備え、
前記多孔質支持層が、フルオロポリマー及びイミド基含有ポリマーから選択される1以上のポリマーを含み、
前記多孔質支持層と前記分離機能層とからなる部分の5.5MPa加圧後の圧縮率が60%以下である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の含油排水の処理方法。 - 前記多孔質支持層の加圧前の空隙率が30%以上70%以下である、請求項10に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記多孔質支持層におけるポリマーが、ポリフッ化ビニリデン単独重合体、若しくはポリフッ化ビニリデン共重合体、又はその組合せを含む、請求項10又は11に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
- 前記ポリマーの結晶化度が、30%以上50%以下である、請求項12に記載の含油排水の処理方法。
