Description
本願は、2019年5月6日出願の台湾特許出願第108115480号の利益を主張し、その事項が参照によりここに取り込まれる。
白色インクでコーティングされた3/1黒色コットンツイル(cotton twill)に対してDatacolor400色測定を行った。色測定データはCIE白色度値であり、光源はD65であった。
「乾燥」黒色ツイル(スクラッチクロス、3/1黒色コットンツイルと同じである)を白色インクで印刷された布上で前後に10回擦った。レーティングは、汚染(黒色布)及び退色の双方の総合的評価値である。
「湿潤」黒色ツイル(スクラッチクロス、3/1黒色コットンツイルと同じである)(湿潤させるために水に浸漬してから脱水機で2分間乾燥させたもの)を白色インクで印刷された布上で前後に10回擦った。レーティングは、汚染(黒色布)及び退色の双方の総合的評価値である。
洗濯堅牢性試験のための配合及び工程は以下の通りである。
a)石鹸剤の配合:100gのH2O+0.15gのWOB。
b)布(5cm×15cm)及び106.7gのスチールビーズ(約100片)を各スチールボトルに入れる工程、50gの水性石鹸剤を添加する工程、70℃で45分間洗濯する工程、及びその後に布を濯ぎ、オーブンにおいて60℃で乾燥させる工程。
この試験例では、試験例1で調製された実施例3の前処理液及びデュポン社製前処理液P5100を試験のために用いた。この試験例では、インクジェット印刷の条件は、試験例1で説明したものと同じであり、再度説明しない。以下、乾燥摩擦堅牢性試験、湿潤摩擦堅牢性試験及び洗濯堅牢性試験の試験結果を表3に列挙する。
この試験例では、試験例1で調製された実施例3の前処理液及びデュポン社製前処理液P5100を試験のために用いた。この試験例においては、試験例1ではデュポン社製インクが使用されたのに対してこの試験例では台湾特許出願第107115631号の表6に示す白色インクが使用された点を除き、インクジェット印刷の条件は試験例1で説明したものと同じであった。以下、乾燥摩擦堅牢性試験、湿潤摩擦堅牢性試験及び洗濯堅牢性試験の試験結果を表4に列挙する。
この試験例では、試験例1で調製された実施例3の前処理液を試験のために用いた。この試験例においては、試験例1は3/1黒色コットンツイル及びデュポン社製白色インクを用いたのに対してこの試験サンプルは3/1白色コットンツイル及びカラーインクのデュポン社製P5910シリーズを用いた点を除き、インクジェット印刷の条件は試験例1で説明したものと同じである。

- 水性顔料捺染のための前処理液であって、
1重量%〜30重量%の水性非イオン性ポリウレタンと、

- 前記メラミン樹脂が、メチル−エーテル化メラミン樹脂である、請求項1に記載の前処理液。
- 前記溶剤が水である、請求項1に記載の前処理液。
- 布地に模様を形成する方法であって、
水性顔料捺染のための布地及び前処理液を提供する工程であって、該前処理液が、
1重量%〜30重量%の水性非イオン性ポリウレタンと、
1重量%〜20重量%の塩化カルシウムと、
0.1重量%〜10重量%のメラミン樹脂と、
溶剤である残余部分と、
を具備する、工程と、
前記前処理液を前記布地の所定領域に塗布して高温硬化に進む工程と、
前記所定領域を白色ペースト又はカラーペーストでコーティングして白色模様又はカラー模様を形成する工程と、
を具備する方法。 - 前記高温硬化が、130℃と165℃の間で行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記前処理液が、0.01重量%〜2重量%の湿潤剤をさらに具備する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記水性非イオン性ポリウレタンが、ポリオールによるポリウレタン水性樹脂である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記メラミン樹脂が、メチル−エーテル化イミノ−メラミン樹脂である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記メラミン樹脂が、メチル−エーテル化メラミン樹脂である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が水である、請求項7に記載の方法。
