Abstract

本揭露提供一種水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液,包括:1重量百分比至30重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯;1重量百分比至20重量百分比之金屬鹽類;0.1重量百分比至10重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂;以及餘量溶劑。本揭露更提供一種使用前述前處理液於織物上形成圖案的方法。

Description

水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液及於織物上形成圖案的方法
本揭露係關於一種水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液及使用其於織物上形成圖案的方法,尤指一種可增加後續塗佈的墨水牢度的水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液及使用其於織物上形成圖案的方法。
當於深色織物上塗佈/噴印顏料型墨水時,需先於織物上塗上前處理液,而後再以白色墨水打底,以增加墨水牢度或防止白色墨水滲透。此外,當應用於淺色織物上時,可先於織物上塗上前處理液,使得後續塗佈/噴印的顏料型彩色墨水的彩度得以提升。
目前已知的前處理液多使用水性陽離子型或水性非離子型樹脂。然而,已知的使用水性陽離子型樹脂的前處理液,其配方穩定性不佳,而無法廣泛使用;而已知的使用水性非離子型樹脂的前處理液,因沒有添加交聯劑,而有後續塗佈的墨水牢度不足的缺點。
此外,在市場上,仍以杜邦的白色墨水系統為主流,各家前處理液開發廠商都以杜邦產品的適用性為標準。然而,目前所發展出的前處理液大多不適用在杜邦白色墨水系統,主要缺點是白色墨水會滲透,造成白度下降或是在牢度特性上表現不佳。至於杜邦本身所發展的前處理液,在與杜邦白色墨水系統搭配使用時會有龜裂現象,且在磨擦牢度上仍有改善空間。
有鑑於此,目前亟需發展出一種水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液,其可改善前述問題,以增加後續塗佈/噴印的墨水牢度。
本揭露之主要目的在於提供一種水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液,其可增加後續塗佈的墨水牢度、防止白色墨水滲透或提升彩色墨水的彩度。
本揭露的水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液包括:1重量百分比至30重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯;1重量百分比至20重量百分比之金屬鹽類;0.1重量百分比至10重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂;以及餘量溶劑。
本揭露的前處理液為一水性顏料紡織印花用的前處理液。於本揭露的前處理液中,除了包括水性非離子型外,更搭配使用作為交聯劑的三聚氰胺樹脂,可使得後續塗佈的墨水展現良好的牢度特性。同時,當後續塗佈的墨水為白色墨水時,更能展現良好的白度;而當後續塗佈的墨水為彩色墨水時,則能展現良好的色彩均勻度。
本揭露的前處理液可包括1重量百分比至30重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯。較佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括1重量百分比至20重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯。更佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括5重量百分比至15重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯。最佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括8重量百分比至12重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯。於本揭露的一實施例中,前處理液包括約10重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯。
於本揭露的前處理液中,所使用的水性非離子型聚氨酯為一水分散型的非離子型聚氨酯。較佳為,水性非離子型聚氨酯為一多元醇聚氨酯水性樹脂,其為由多元醇及多異氰酸酯所聚合而成的聚氨酯水性樹脂。更佳為,水性非離子型聚氨酯為一親水性的多元醇聚氨酯水性樹脂。最佳為,水性非離子型聚氨酯為一高親水性的多元醇聚氨酯水性樹脂。
本揭露的前處理液可包括1重量百分比至20重量百分比之金屬鹽類。較佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括5重量百分比至15重量百分比之金屬鹽類。更佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括8重量百分比至12重量百分比之金屬鹽類。於本揭露的一實施例中,前處理液包括約10重量百分比之金屬鹽類。
於本揭露的前處理液中,所使用的金屬鹽類並無特殊限制,可為一多價的金屬鹽類,例如,二價、三價或四價的金屬鹽類。舉例來說,可為包括Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Sc、Y、La、Ti、Zr、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Au、Zn、Al、Ga、In、Sb、Bi、Ge、Sn或Pb的金屬鹽類。於本揭露的一實施例中,金屬鹽類為包括Mg、Ca、Ba、Ru、Co、Zn、Al或Ga的金屬鹽類。於本揭露的另一實施例中,金屬鹽類為包括Ca的金屬鹽類。於本揭露的再一實施例中,金屬鹽類為氯化鈣、硝酸鈣、硝酸鈣水合物或其組合。於本揭露的更一實施例中,金屬鹽類為氯化鈣。在此,前述所列舉的金屬鹽類可單獨使用或合併使用。藉由使用含有金屬鹽類的前處理液,可幫助後續塗佈於織物上的白色墨水或彩色墨水得以凝結,而形成白色墨水膜或彩色墨水膜。
本揭露的前處理液可包括0.1重量百分比至10重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂,其作為一交聯劑。較佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括0.1重量百分比至5重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂。更佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括0.1重量百分比至3重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂。最佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括0.3重量百分比至1.5重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂。於本揭露的一實施例中,前處理液包括約0.6重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂。於本揭露的另一實施例中,前處理液包括約1重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂。於本揭露的再一實施例中,前處理液包括約1.2重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂。
於本揭露的前處理液中,三聚氰胺樹脂可為一甲醚化高亞胺基三聚氰胺樹脂,其具體例子包括Cymel 327或Cymel 385。於本揭露的前處理液中,三聚氰胺樹脂也可為一高甲醚化三聚氰胺樹脂,其具體例子包括Cymel 303或Cymel 350。在此,前述所列舉的三聚氰胺樹脂可單獨使用或合併使用。
本揭露的前處理液可更包括0.01重量百分比至2重量百分比之濕潤劑。較佳為,本揭露的前處理液包括0.01重量百分比至1重量百分比之濕潤劑。更佳為,0.1重量百分比至0.5重量百分比之濕潤劑。於本揭露的一實施例中,前處理液包括約0.3重量百分比之濕潤劑。
其中,濕潤劑的種類包括,聚醚改性矽氧烷濕潤劑(例如:BYK348及 Silwet L-7280)、或不含矽氧烷類的非離子型濕潤劑(例如:surfynol® 465)。
於本揭露的前處理液中,所使用的溶劑較佳為水。
本揭露除了提供前述的前處理液外,更提供使用前述前處理液於織物上形成圖案的方法,包括下列步驟:提供一織物及如前所述的水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液;塗佈前處理液於織物的一預定區域上,並進行高溫固化;以及塗佈一白色色漿或一彩色色漿於塗佈有前處理液的預定區域上,以形成一白色圖案或一彩色圖案。
於本揭露的方法中,織物可為深色織物或淺色織物。織物的種類的具體例子包括,但不限於,棉布、麻布、毛織物、絲織物、化纖織物、尼龍布、不織布等。
此外,於本揭露的方法中,前處理液的高溫固化的溫度可介於130°C至165°C之間。經由此高溫固化步驟,可使交聯後的水性非離子型聚氨酯具有更高強度的交聯性。
以下係藉由具體實施例說明本揭露之實施方式,熟習此技藝之人士可由本說明書所揭示之內容輕易地了解本揭露之其他優點與功效。本揭露亦可藉由其他不同的具體實施例加以施行或應用,本說明書中的各項細節亦可針對不同觀點與應用,在不悖離本創作之精神下進行各種修飾與變更。

將所製備的實施例1至4及比較例1至5的前處理液,以手動塗佈或機器自動塗佈於3/1斜紋黑棉布上,再於130°C至165°C下進行高溫固化及乾燥。而後,透過APEX直噴機(EPSON DX5),將白色墨水(杜邦墨水,DuPont™ Artistri P5910 White DTG Ink.)噴印於塗佈有前處理液的區域上,乾燥固色後,進行白度測試、乾摩擦牢度測試、濕摩擦牢度測試及水洗牢度測試。
白度測試
將塗佈有白色墨水的3/1斜紋黑棉布進行Datacolor400測色,測色數據為CIE白度值,使用光源為D65。
乾摩擦牢度測試 (AATCC8)
將「乾」黑色斜紋布 (與刮印布種相同,3/1斜紋黑棉布) 於印有白墨的布上來回磨擦十次。評級是用污染 (黑布) 及變褪色兩者綜合評比結果。
濕摩擦牢度測試 (AATCC8)
「濕」黑色斜紋布 (與刮印布種相同,3/1斜紋黑棉布) (先浸泡在水中至濕透,以脫水機脫乾 2 分鐘) 在印有白墨的布上來回磨擦十次。評級是用污染 (黑布) 及變褪色兩者綜合評比結果。
水洗牢度測試 (AATCC3A)
水洗牢度測試的配方及步驟如下: a) 皂洗劑配方: 100 g H2 O + 0.15 g WOB。 b) 於每個鋼瓶中放一塊布 (5 cm x 15 cm) 及 106.7 g 鋼珠 (約 100 顆),並加入50 g的皂洗劑水溶液;於70°C進行水洗45 分鐘;而後,洗淨布上皂洗劑,並置於60°C 烘箱乾燥。
白度測試、乾摩擦牢度測試、濕摩擦牢度測試及水洗牢度測試的測試結果列於下表2中。

如上表2的結果顯示,比較例1至4的前處理液,在各項牢度測試上,效果均不佳。雖然比較例5的前處理液因有使用PVA交聯劑而可展現較佳的乾摩擦牢度及濕摩擦牢度,但水洗牢度仍不佳。反觀實施例1至4的前處理液,在使用三聚氰胺樹脂作為交聯劑的情形下,在高溫固化下(130℃至165℃)可產生更高強度的交聯性,不僅白度佳,更在水洗牢度、乾濕磨擦牢度都有相當優異的表現。
測試例2
於本測試例中,係使用測試例1所製備的實施例3的前處理液及杜邦前處理液P5100進行測試。於本測試例中,噴印條件與測試例1所述相同,故不再贅述。經乾摩擦牢度測試、濕摩擦牢度測試及水洗牢度測試的測試結果列於下表3中。

如上表3的結果顯示,相較於使用杜邦前處理液,當實施例3的前處理液搭配杜邦墨水使用時,不僅白度佳也可以得到更銳利的打印圖像,且進行各項牢度測試也有較佳的表現。
測試例3
於本測試例中,係使用測試例1所製備的實施例3的前處理液及杜邦前處理液P5100進行測試。於本測試例中,噴印條件與測試例1所述相同,除了測試例1所使用的是杜邦墨水,而本測試例是使用台灣專利申請第107115631號中表6所示的白色墨水。經乾摩擦牢度測試、濕摩擦牢度測試及水洗牢度測試的測試結果列於下表4中。

如上表4的結果顯示,當實施例3的前處理液搭配台灣專利申請第107115631號中所示的白色墨水使用時,乾摩擦牢度測試、濕摩擦牢度測試及水洗牢度測試均有4-5級的表現。
測試例4
於本測試例中,係使用測試例1所製備的實施例3的前處理液進行測試。於本測試例中,噴印條件與測試例1所述相同,除了測試例1是使用3/1斜紋黑棉布及杜邦白色墨水,而本測試例是使用3/1斜紋白棉布及彩墨DuPont P5910 Series。
於本測試例中,係比較使用實施例3的前處理液及未使用前處理液時,顏料型墨水經熱固化後,色彩力度的差異。其中,未使用前處理液的樣本的Integ值設為100%。測試結果列於下表5中。

如上表4的結果顯示,顏料型墨水經熱固化後,在實施例3的前處理液的使用下,Integ值均有提升,此結果代表色彩力度有提升,同時,在實施例3的前處理液的使用下,顏料型墨水與織物具有良好牢度特性及色彩均勻度。
綜上所述,當使用本揭露的水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液於深色織物上時,可提升白色墨水的墨水牢度並防止白色墨水滲透。此外,當使用本揭露的水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液於淺色織物上時,可提升顏料型彩色墨水的彩度及色彩均勻度。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種於織物上形成圖案的方法,包括下列步驟:提供一織物及一水性顏料紡織印花用前處理液,其中該前處理液包括:1重量百分比至30重量百分比之水性非離子型聚氨酯;1重量百分比至20重量百分比之氯化鈣;0.1重量百分比至10重量百分比之三聚氰胺樹脂;以及餘量溶劑;塗佈該前處理液於該織物的一預定區域上,並進行高溫固化;以及噴印一白色色漿或一彩色色漿於塗佈有該前處理液的該預定區域上,以形成一白色圖案或一彩色圖案。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中該前處理液更包括:0.01重量百分比至2重量百分比之濕潤劑。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中該水性非離子型聚氨酯為一多元醇聚氨酯水性樹脂。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中該三聚氰胺樹脂為一甲醚化高亞胺基三聚氰胺樹脂。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中該三聚氰胺樹脂為一高甲醚化三聚氰胺樹脂。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中該溶劑為水。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中該高溫固化的溫度是介於130℃至165℃之間。
