Description

作動可能なリストリクターがピストンを有し、また
アクチュエータからの直線運動をバルブピストンの直線運動に変換するための歯車システムをさらに有し、歯車システムが、ラックと、少なくとも1つのアイドラピニオンとを有している、作動可能バルブ

Claims (11)
- ピストンロッドと、バルブピストンと、アクチュエータからの直線運動を前記バルブピストンの直線運動に変換する歯車システムとを有する作動可能なアキシャルピストンバルブであって、
前記歯車システムが、複数のラックと、少なくとも1つのアイドラピニオンとを有し、
前記アクチュエータが、前記バルブに対して概ね半径方向に、第1のラックの長手方向運動をもたらすように構成され、
前記第1のラックの直線運動が、前記少なくとも1つのアイドラピニオンの回転運動をもたらすように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのアイドラピニオンの回転が、前記ピストンに動作可能に接続された第2のラックの長手方向運動をもたらすように構成され、それにより前記バルブに対する前記ピストンの軸方向の運動がもたらされ、
前記第2のラックが前記ピストンロッドの一部を形成し、また
前記ピストンロッドが、その両端部の一方で、前記バルブピストンに取り付けられている、作動可能なアキシャルピストンバルブ。 - 前記バルブは、全ての圧力条件および全ての差圧の下で前記歯車システムによって作動させられるように構成および配置されている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ピストンロッドおよびバルブピストンの軸方向の先行面および後続面に作用する圧力が等しい、請求項1または2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1および第2のラックは互いに対して直角に配置され、
前記第1および第2のラックの一方が中心スロットを有し、前記第1および第2のラックの他方が前記中心スロットを通過し、それにより前記第1および第2のラックは互いに対して直角に可動である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。 - 前記第2のラックが、中心スロットを有する前記ラックである、請求項4に記載のバルブ。

前記バルブを通る流体流路に沿う流体の流れを制限するための作動可能なリストリクターを収容するための前記外側筐体の内部の内側筐体要素であって、前記作動可能なリストリクターは前記ピストンを有している、内側筐体要素と

前記内側筐体要素は、前記上流要素および前記下流要素の少なくとも一方と非一体式である、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の作動可能バルブ。 - 前記内側筐体要素は、前記上流要素および前記下流要素と非一体式である、請求項7に記載の作動可能バルブ。
- 鋳造、鍛造、粉末金属の焼結、固体からの機械加工、またはそれらの組み合わせによりって成形された1または複数のバルブボディセクションを有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の作動可能バルブ。
- 流れ制御バルブ、スロットルバルブ、チョークバルブまたは遮断バルブである、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の1または複数のバルブを有するパイプライン。
