Description
Claims (9)
- 流出圧力バランス装置(30)であって、前記流出圧力バランス装置(30)は、利用接続部(A)と、戻り流接続部(T)と、制御接続部(28)との形態を成す少なくとも3つの流体接続個所を備えた少なくとも1つの弁ハウジング(41)から成っており、前記弁ハウジング内で、エネルギーアキュムレータ(42)の作用に抗して弁ピストン(52)が長手方向移動可能に案内されていて、それぞれの開放位置又は制御位置から出発して弁座(94)へ向かって閉鎖位置へ移動するようになっており、前記閉鎖位置で前記制御接続部(28)と戻り流接続部(T)とが互いに分離されている形態の流出圧力バランス装置において、
前記制御接続部(28)に存在する流体圧力が圧力補償装置(70)によって前記弁ピストン(52)の圧力作用面(A1*)へ案内されていて、これにより、前記弁ピストン(52)が前記エネルギーアキュムレータ(42)の力に基づき圧力補償された状態で前記弁ピストンのそれぞれの開放位置又は調節位置に達するようになっており、
前記圧力補償装置(70)が圧力補償通路(72)を有しており、前記圧力補償通路(72)の一方の自由下端部が前記弁ピストン(52)の下端で前記制御接続部又は弁入口(28)の方向に中央で案内され、前記圧力補償通路(72)の他方の自由端部が環状通路(74)内へ開口しており、前記環状通路(74)が前記弁ピストン(52)に外周側で導入されていることを特徴とする、流出圧力バランス装置(30)。 - 前記弁座(94)が、前記弁ハウジング(41)に設けられた斜めに延びる座面(92)によって、前記弁ピストン(52)のための座密な漏れのないストッパを前記弁ハウジング(41)に形成しており、前記弁ピストンは、相応に斜めに形成された当接面(96)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)。
- 前記弁ハウジング(41)内の前記弁ピストン(52)の衝突位置では、前記環状通路(74)が前記弁座(94)と戻り接続部(T)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)。
- 前記環状通路(74)が少なくとも1つの圧力作用面(A1*)を有しており、前記圧力作用面が前記弁座(94)の領域内で前記弁ピストン(52)の当接面(A2)と同じ大きさを有し、そして前記圧力作用面が、前記弁ピストン(52)の運動による少なくとも1回の圧刻動作並びに前記弁座(94)の幾何学的形成によって、前記弁ピストン(52)の、前記制御接続部(28)に向いた自由端面に設けられた制御面(A1)よりも常に大きいことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)。
- 前記圧力補償通路(72)が、前記弁ピストン(52)内の中心に又は中心から外れて配置された少なくとも1つの長手方向孔の形態、並びに前記長手方向孔と前記環状通路(74)との間の少なくとも1つの横方向孔(76)の形態を成して案内されており、前記環状通路(74)の方向に開く逆止弁(78)がそれぞれの前記横方向孔(76)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)。
- 前記環状通路(74)が断面で見て直線状に延びる溝基部(84)を前記弁ピストン(52)内に有しており、前記溝基部内には前記横方向孔(76)が開口しており、そして前記溝基部(84)から出発して、前記環状通路(74)が前記弁座(94)の方向に凸面状の湾曲(86)を備えており、他方の方向では、一定の傾斜輪郭を備えた傾斜面(88)を介して、前記弁ピストン(52)の外周面へ移行していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)。
- 前記弁ピストン(52)が、前記圧力補償通路(72)とは反対側に、前室(60)と共に減衰装置(62)を備えており、前記前室がオリフィス又は絞りによって閉鎖されており、そして前記前室が、前記エネルギーアキュムレータとしての圧縮ばね(42)を備えたばね室(55)内へ開口しており、前記ばね室内へ前記弁ハウジング(41)の前記利用接続部(A)が開口していることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)。
- 前記弁ピストン(52)内の前記前室(60)が、前記減衰装置(62)の前記オリフィス又は絞りを介して、前記弁ハウジング(41)内に設けられた減衰室(64)内へ開口していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)。
- 特に液圧式作業シリンダ(10)における使用、好ましくはテレスコピック・ハンドラ、フォークリフト、又は高所作業車における使用のための昇降装置であって、比例的な流量制御機能を発揮する少なくとも1つの比例絞り弁(22)と、前記比例絞り弁から出口側で接続された、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の流出圧力バランス装置(30)とから成る、昇降装置。
