Description
水蒸気を吸着する吸着剤は、
水蒸気を吸着する本体(3)と、
本体の表面に形成された膜(4)とを備え、
本体は、Siを含む結晶構造を持つゼオライトで構成されており、
膜は、水蒸気の膜の通過を可能とし、液体の水の膜の通過を抑制する性質を有し、
膜は、ケイ素と酸素とを骨格とするとともに、撥水基(12)を有するケイ素化合物(13)を含み、
ケイ素化合物は、撥水基としてのフルオロアルキル基(12)を有するフルオロアルキルシラン(13)であり、
フルオロアルキル基は、CF 3 (CF 2 ) 5 (CH 2 ) 2 であり、
膜の厚さは、15nm以上43nm以下である。
本実施形態では、冷凍システムの吸着器に用いられる吸着剤について説明する。
第1実施形態では、膜4を構成するケイ素と酸素とを骨格とするケイ素化合物が、フルオロアルキル基12を有していた。しかし、膜4を構成するケイ素化合物は、他の撥水基を有していてもよい。他の撥水基としては、アルキル基が挙げられる。
上記各実施形態の一部または全部で示された第1の観点によれば、吸着剤は、本体と、膜とを備える。本体は、Siを含む結晶構造を持つゼオライトで構成されている。膜は、水蒸気の膜の通過を可能とし、液体の水の膜の通過を抑制する性質を有する。

Claims (5)
- 水蒸気を吸着する吸着剤であって、
水蒸気を吸着する本体(3)と、
前記本体の表面に形成された膜(4)とを備え、
前記本体は、Siを含む結晶構造を持つゼオライトで構成されており、
前記膜は、水蒸気の前記膜の通過を可能とし、液体の水の前記膜の通過を抑制する性質を有し、
前記膜は、ケイ素と酸素とを骨格とするとともに、撥水基(12)を有するケイ素化合物(13)を含み、
前記ケイ素化合物は、前記撥水基としてのフルオロアルキル基(12)を有するフルオロアルキルシラン(13)であり、
前記フルオロアルキル基は、CF 3 (CF 2 ) 5 (CH 2 ) 2 であり、
前記膜の厚さは、15nm以上43nm以下である吸着剤。 - 前記フルオロアルキルシランにおけるケイ素に対するフッ素の原子数比は、0.13以上7.8以下である請求項1に記載の吸着剤。
- 前記膜に、前記膜の本体側の表面から前記膜の反本体側の表面まで貫通する複数の孔(4a)が形成されており、
前記複数の孔の少なくとも一部は、水蒸気の通過が可能であり、液体の水の通過が不可能な大きさである請求項1または2に記載の吸着剤。 - 前記複数の孔の少なくとも一部の孔の最大開口幅(L4a)は、0.26nm以上0.64nm以下である請求項3に記載の吸着剤。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の前記吸着剤を備える吸着器。
