Description
図3、図4、図5に示すのは、本発明の一つの実施例であり、この実施例において、統合式スタータ・ジェネレータ一体型モータ(ISGモータ)は、ステータとロータとを含み、ステータとロータとが対向して設けられており、ステータとロータとの何れにもリング状の鉄心が設けられており、ステータの鉄心120には、ロータに面する側にコイル巻線121が設けられており、ロータの鉄心122には、ステータに面する側にかご形導体123が設けられている。
この実施例において、図11、図12に示すように、ロータの鉄心132には、ステータに面する側に、複数の永久磁石133が設けられている。
この実施例において、図1、図2に示すように、ハイブリッド動力システムには、内燃機関110と駆動モータ112とが設けられており、内燃機関110がクランクシャフト117に接続され、クランクシャフト117の出力端がクラッチに接続され、クラッチが駆動モータ112の主軸に接続され、駆動モータ112の主軸がギヤボックス113に接続され、ギヤボックス113が駆動軸114に接続され、駆動軸114が差動装置115に接続されており、差動装置115が駆動輪116の主軸に設けられており、クラッチが固定端面ギヤ2と可動端面ギヤ6とを含み、ハイブリッド動力システムには、統合式スタータ・ジェネレータ一体型モータが更に設けられており、クラッチが統合式スタータ・ジェネレータ一体型モータのインナーリング内に収容され、固定端面ギヤ2及び可動端面ギヤ6が共に統合式スタータ・ジェネレータ一体型モータのインナーリング内に位置している。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関及び駆動モータが設けられており、前記内燃機関がクランクシャフトに接続され、前記クランクシャフトの出力端がクラッチに接続され、前記クラッチが駆動モータの主軸に接続されており、前記クラッチが可動端面ギヤと固定端面ギヤとを含むハイブリッド動力システムであって、
ステータとロータとが対向して設けられており、前記ステータと前記ロータとのいずれにもリング状の鉄心が設けられており、前記ステータの鉄心には、前記ロータに面する側にコイル巻線が設けられており、前記ロータの鉄心には、前記ステータに面する側にかご形導体又はいくつかの永久磁石が設けられており、前記ロータと前記ステータとは、所定の距離を隔てており、エアギャップ面を形成する、統合式スタータ・ジェネレータ一体型モータが更に設けられており、
前記クラッチが前記統合式スタータ・ジェネレータ一体型モータの前記ステータのリング状の鉄心及び前記ロータのリング状の鉄心の内周面であるインナーリング内に収容されており、前記ロータが前記クラッチの固定端面ギヤに取付固定されており、前記ステータが前記駆動モータのハウジングに取付固定されている、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド動力システム。 - 前記ロータの鉄心と前記ステータの鉄心とのいずれにも座板が設けられ、前記座板に取付穴が設けられ、ボルトによって取付固定され、前記駆動モータ内の冷却系が前記ステータも冷却する、
