Description
通常、例えばプロセス流体圧力マニホールドといった圧力マニホールドは、マニホールドの外側にあって、通り過ぎる人または機器が不注意によって接触する可能性がある、一つまたは複数のバルブを採用している。そのような接触は、人の負傷または通り過ぎる機器もしくはバルブ自体の損傷を引き起こすことがある。また、外側形体のあるバルブは、容易に触れることが可能でもあるため、潜在的に偶発的な誤用または不正使用をされやすい。
Claims (10)
- バルブシステムであって、
凹部、第一流体ポートおよび第二流体ポートを有し、プロセス流体圧力送信機をプロセスから選択的に遮断するように構成された遮断マニホールドと、
前記凹部の中に完全に配置され、前記第一流体ポートと前記第二流体ポートとの間に流体的に挿入され、回転すると弁座に対して変位するように構成された端部を有する回転可能なニードルを有し、前記ニードルの前記端部が前記弁座と係合された場合に、前記第一流体ポートと前記第二流体ポートとの間の流体的な連通が阻止されるバルブと、
前記凹部の中に配置され、前記遮断マニホールドの前記凹部の中にねじ込まれるように構成されたパッキン押さえと、
前記凹部の中に配置され、前記パッキン押さえを押圧するように構成され、ソケットレンチで係合されるように構成された表面を有する薄ナットと、
を含む、前記バルブシステム。 - 前記回転可能なニードルが、ハンドルに脱着可能に連結するように構成された、
請求項1記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記回転可能なニードルが、前記ハンドルのキー部に係合するように構成された上の部分を有する、
請求項2記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記ハンドルの前記キー部が、前記回転可能なニードルの対応するオス型部分に係合するように構成されたメス型凹部を包含する、
請求項3記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記ハンドルの前記キー部が、前記回転可能なニードルの対応するメス型凹部に係合するように構成されたオス型部分を包含する、
請求項3記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記遮断マニホールドの中に配置される、第二バルブをさらに含む、
請求項1記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記回転可能なニードルを中心に配置され、パッキン押さえに押圧される、パッキンをさらに含む、
請求項1記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記回転可能なニードルに脱着可能に連結されるハンドルをさらに含む、
請求項1記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記遮断マニホールドが、前記凹部に隣接した平面状の表面を有し、
前記回転可能なニードルが、前記平面状の表面の平面を抜け出ない、
請求項1記載のバルブシステム。 - 前記第一および第二流体ポートのうち少なくとも一つに、ねじ山が切られている、
