- 流体吐出装置組立体であって、
流体貯蔵容器(R)と、
吐出装置用部材(5、V)と、
吐出口(62)と、
特定の物性を検出する検出手段(35、35′)とを備え、
前記貯蔵容器(R)は、
ピストン(42、P、P′、P″)を備え、
前記ピストン(42、P、P′、P″)は、前記物性を有し、スライドシリンダ(41)内を漏れのない摺動接触で、最長ストローク移動し、
前記最長ストロークは、前記貯蔵容器(R)が実質的に満杯の状態に相当する開始位置から実質的に空の状態に相当する終了位置までの間であり、
前記検出手段(35、35′)の検出範囲は、前記最長ストロークよりも狭く、前記開始位置よりも前記終了位置に近接する通知位置を含み、
前記検出手段(35、35′)は、
前記貯蔵容器(R)の外側に配置されており、前記物性を、前記スライドシリンダ(41)を介して前記検出範囲で遠隔で検出し、前記物性の検出に応じて、ユーザが知覚できる通知信号を少なくとも1つ提供する
ことを特徴とする流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記スライドシリンダ(41)は、前記ピストン(42、P、P′、P″)と前記検出手段(35、35′)との間に配置されており、前記検出手段(35、35′)による前記物性の検出を妨げない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記通知位置は、前記開始位置から前記ピストン(42、P、P′、P″)の前記最長ストロークの75%、90%、または100%に相当する位置にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記通知位置は複数あり、
前記ピストン(42、P、P′、P″)は、前記終了位置に向けて移動しながら前記複数の通知位置を順次通過し、
前記複数の通知位置は、前記検出手段(35、35′)によって順次検出され、前記検出手段(35、35′)は、有利には、順次個別の通知信号を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記検出手段(35、35′)は、集積回路基板(37、37′)に据付けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記貯蔵容器(R)、前記吐出装置用部材(5、V)、および前記吐出口(62)は、吐出装置(D)に形成され、前記吐出装置(D)は、カバー(B)に着脱可能に挿入され、
前記カバー(B)は、塗布面(S)を形成し、前記検出手段(35)を組込み、
前記検出手段(35)は、有利には、集積回路基板(37)に据付けられ、
前記集積回路基板(37)は、前記貯蔵容器(R)、前記吐出装置用部材(5、V)、および前記吐出口(62)を含む面に実質的に平行に延在する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記検出手段(35、35′)は、前記ピストン(42、P、P′、P″)との間の距離を短くするように、前記スライドシリンダ(41)に当接または近接した位置にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記物性は磁気であり、
前記検出手段は磁気センサ(35)を有し、
前記ピストン(42、P′、P″)は、前記磁気を発生する磁石(M、M′)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記磁石(M)の体積は、40立方ミリメートル(mm3)未満であり、有利には30mm3未満であり、更に有利には20mm3未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記磁石(M′)は、環状であって、外径がピストン(42、P′、P″)の最大外径よりも若干小さくなっており、前記スライドシリンダ(41)に近接する
ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記検出手段は、磁気センサ(35)を有し、
前記ピストン(P′)は、磁性粒子で充満したプラスチック材料の射出成形によって形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記検出手段は、特定の波長を検出する波長センサ(35′)を有し、
前記ピストン(P)は、前記波長の電磁波を吸収し、
前記波長は、有利には赤色の波長であり、
前記ピストン(P)は、少なくとも一部が赤色である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記検出手段は、磁場を発生させる磁場外乱センサを有し、
前記ピストンは、当該磁場を乱すことができる要素を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。 - 前記ピストン(42、P、P′、P″)は従動ピストンであり、前記貯蔵容器(R)の内部の流体が吸引されると移動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置組立体。
