Claims (15)
- 内視鏡処置用のカテーテルをガイドワイヤ上に併合するための装置であって、

前記カテーテルをガイドワイヤ上に併合するように構成されたアダプタであって、
前記シース、および前記サドルを受容するように構成されたアダプタ内腔、および前記アダプタ内腔の内面から延び、前記スリットの一部分を拡幅し、それにより前記ガイドワイヤの一部分が前記スリットの前記拡幅部分を通って前記サドルの前記ガイドワイヤ内腔に併合するように構成されたウェッジ
を備えるアダプタと

前記アダプタ内腔の内面から前記第二の作業チャネルに延び、
前記アダプタは、
前記アダプタ内腔を有する本体と、
前記アダプタ内腔の前記第一の作業チャンネル及び前記第二の作業チャンネルの各々に連通される作業チャンネルを有する管状部分と、
を含み、
前記管状部分は、前記カテーテルを前記作業チャンネルに受容するときに、内方または外方に適応的に撓み、前記作業チャンネルに受容された前記カテーテルの少なくとも一部分を摩擦的に保持する第1のホルダ及び第2のホルダと、を備える
装置。 - 前記ガイドワイヤ内腔のスリットが、前記サドルの円周の周りに前記シースとは反対側に位置する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤ内腔のスリットの自然幅が、前記ガイドワイヤの直径よりも実質的に小さい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シースが、前記カテーテルの長手方向に沿って前記サドルよりも実質的に長く、前記サドルが、前記シースの遠位部分に固着される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内視鏡器具が、拡張可能な回収バスケットである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シースが、前記回収バスケットを閉鎖構成で保つ、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記シースの内腔が第一の円筒形を構成し、前記ガイドワイヤ内腔が第二の円筒形を構成し、前記シースと前記サドルが固着された箇所での断面が8字形状である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の作業チャネルは、第1の半径であり、前記第二の作業チャネルは第2の半径であって、前記第1の半径が、前記第2の半径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スリットの前記拡幅部分が、前記ガイドワイヤの前記一部分が前記サドル内に保たれるように、前記ウェッジを通過した後に自然幅に戻る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アダプタが、内視鏡ブロックと固定的にまたは取り外し可能に係合し、前記内視鏡ブロックが、1つまたは複数のガイドワイヤを保つように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記ガイドワイヤ内腔の全長が前記ガイドワイヤ上に併合されるまで、前記カテーテルを前記ウェッジを越えて前記ガイドワイヤ上に通過させることをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記シースの遠位先端を越えて前記内視鏡器具を延ばすことをさらに含み、前記内視鏡器具が、前記シースから取り外されたときに拡張構成をとるように構成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ガイドワイヤの前記一部分を前記サドルに併合する前に、前記アダプタを内視鏡ブロックの開口部と係合させることをさらに含み、前記ガイドワイヤが、前記内視鏡ブロックによって保たれる、請求項11に記載の方法。
