Abstract
Description
(1)第1遠心クラッチ及び第2遠心クラッチの2つを設け、慣性モーメントの大きな第1遠心クラッチ及び第2遠心クラッチを互いに逆向きに回転させるので、ジャイロ効果を相殺でき、姿勢制御が容易となる。
(2)半径が大きく高さもある1つの遠心クラッチを設ける場合より、遠心クラッチを2つ設けた方が高さを低くできる。また、第1遠心クラッチと第2遠心クラッチをエンジン中心の対称な位置に配置でき、重心を中央に維持できる。
(3)ワンウェイクラッチを設けたので、オートローテーションが可能になり、墜落の危険が大幅に低減できる。例としてエンジン故障となっても、ワンウェイクラッチのプロペラ側の軸は、回転を続けることができる。
(4)第1気筒及び第2気筒を左右方向の軸線上に水平に配置し、シリンダ内のピストンを互いに逆向きに進退させたので、ピストンの振動が相殺され、低振動にできる。
(5)第1クランクシャフト及び第2クランクシャフトを上下方向、縦向きに配置したので、エンジン装置の前後方向の長さを抑えることができる。
同様に第2遠心クラッチ90のドリブンギア41は、第2クランクシャフト40のドライブギア47で駆動され、第2遠心クラッチシャフト42を回転させる。第2遠心クラッチシャフト42が回転すると、第2遠心クラッチ90の内部の錘に遠心力が作用して、内部のクラッチ板が結合する。すると、第2遠心クラッチ90下側の第2遠心クラッチ出力ギア43(図2参照)を回転させる。

Claims (3)
- 左右方向の軸線上に対向して水平に配置され、シリンダ内のピストンが互いに逆向きに進退する第1気筒及び第2気筒と、
前記軸線と直交する上下方向に配置され、前記第1気筒と前記第2気筒のそれぞれによって駆動され互いに逆向きに回転する第1クランクシャフト及び第2クランクシャフトと、
前記第1クランクシャフト及び第2クランクシャフトの上方に配置され、互いに逆向きに回転する第1遠心クラッチ及び第2遠心クラッチと、
プロペラシャフトを回転させる直交変換ギアからなるギア機構に回転力を伝達するファイナルドライブシャフトと、
前記第1クランクシャフト及び第2クランクシャフトと前記ファイナルドライブシャフトの間に配置され、前記第1クランクシャフト及び第2クランクシャフトの両方で駆動されるワンウェイクラッチと、
が備えられることを特徴とする無人飛行体のエンジン装置。 - 前記第1気筒からの排気管と前記第2気筒からの排気管が、等長の箇所で結合され、Uターンして下部に配置されたマフラーに連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無人飛行体のエンジン装置。
- 前記第1気筒及び第2気筒には、それぞれバルブを制御する第1カムシャフトと第2カムシャフトが設けられ、一方が前記第1クランクシャフトで駆動され、他方が前記第2クランクシャフトの反転ギアを介して駆動され、前記第1カムシャフトと前記第2カムシャフトが同じ方向に回転されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無人飛行体のエンジン装置。
