Description
Claims (11)
- ユーザ(5)の心臓のデータを分析するための方法であって、前記方法が分析装置(1)で実行され、かつ
前記心臓の活動の音データを表す心音図データをポータブルセンサデバイス(2)から取得するステップ(40)と、
前記ユーザの身体に配置された電極によって測定された電気信号に基づく心電図データを前記ポータブルセンサデバイス(2)から取得するステップ(42)であって、前記心電図データが時間的に前記心音図データに対応する、ステップ(42)と、
前記心音図データおよび前記心電図データのうちの少なくとも一方を使用して識別された心周期に基づいて、前記心音図データを時間セグメントに分割するステップ(44)と、
前記心音図データの前記時間セグメントに対応する時間セグメントに前記心電図データを分割するステップ(46)と、
前記心音図データの時間セグメントに対応する前記心電図データの時間セグメント内の前記心電図データに基づいて、前記心音図データの前記時間セグメント内の前記心音図データのゲインを調整するステップ(48)と、
閾値レベルより品質が高いゲイン調整後の前記心音図データ、および閾値レベルより高い品質の前記心電図データの時間セグメントのみに基づいて、前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かを判定するステップ(50)と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記分割するステップ(44)が、前記心電図データを使用して識別された心周期に基づいて、前記心音図データを時間セグメントに分割することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各心周期が複数の時間セグメントから構成される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かを判定するステップ(50)が、
前記心周期の対応する時間セグメントにおける複合データを計算するステップ(50a)
を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かを判定するステップ(50)が、
前記心電図データのピークと前記心音図データのピークとの間の時間を判定すること(50b)
を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かを判定するステップが、
前記心音図データの複数の周波数成分を導出するステップ(50c)
を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かを判定するステップ(50)が、
前記心音図データの特定の周波数成分に閾値レベルより高い信号があるか否かを判定するステップ(50d)と、
前記特定の周波数成分に前記閾値レベルより高い信号がない場合、前記心臓がさらなる検査を不要とすると考えられると判定するステップ(50f)と、
前記特定の周波数成分に前記閾値レベルより高い信号がある場合、他の周波数成分の信号レベルを分析するステップ(50e)と、
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かの情報を含む信号を前記ユーザのデバイスに送信するステップ(52)
をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ユーザ(5)の心臓のデータを分析するための分析装置(1)であって、前記分析装置(1)が、
プロセッサ(60)と、
前記プロセッサによって実行されると、
前記心臓の活動の音データを表す心音図データをポータブルセンサデバイス(2)から取得することと、
前記ユーザの身体に配置された電極によって測定された電気信号に基づく心電図データを前記ポータブルセンサデバイス(2)から取得することであって、前記心電図データが時間的に前記心音図データに対応する、ことと、
前記心音図データおよび前記心電図データのうちの少なくとも一方を使用して識別された心周期に基づいて、前記心音図データを時間セグメントに分割することと、
前記心音図データの前記時間セグメントに対応する時間セグメントに前記心電図データを分割することと、
前記心音図データの時間セグメントに対応する前記心電図データの時間セグメント内の前記心電図データに基づいて、前記心音図データの前記時間セグメント内の前記心音図データのゲインを調整することと、
閾値レベルより品質が高いゲイン調整後の前記心音図データ、および閾値レベルより高い品質の前記心電図データの時間セグメントのみに基づいて、前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かを判定することと、
を前記分析装置(1)に実行させる命令(67)を格納するメモリ(64)と、
を備える、分析装置(1)。 - ユーザ(5)の心臓のデータを分析するためのコンピュータプログラム(67、91)であって、前記コンピュータプログラムが、分析装置(1)によって実行されると、
前記心臓の活動の音データを表す心音図データをポータブルセンサデバイス(2)から取得することと、
前記ユーザの身体に配置された電極によって測定された電気信号に基づく心電図データを前記ポータブルセンサデバイス(2)から取得することであって、前記心電図データが時間的に前記心音図データに対応する、ことと、
前記心音図データおよび前記心電図データのうちの少なくとも一方を使用して識別された心周期に基づいて、前記心音図データを時間セグメントに分割することと、
前記心音図データの前記時間セグメントに対応する時間セグメントに前記心電図データを分割することと、
前記心音図データの時間セグメントに対応する前記心電図データの時間セグメント内の前記心電図データに基づいて、前記心音図データの前記時間セグメント内の前記心音図データのゲインを調整することと、
閾値レベルより品質が高いゲイン調整後の前記心音図データ、および閾値レベルより高い品質の前記心電図データの時間セグメントのみに基づいて、前記心臓がさらなる検査を必要とすると考えられるか否かを判定することと、
を前記分析装置(1)に実行させるコンピュータプログラムコードを含む、コンピュータプログラム(67、91)。 - 請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラムと、前記コンピュータプログラムが格納されるコンピュータ可読手段とを備えるコンピュータプログラム製品(64、90)。
