Description
a)以上で説明された、または、以下にさらに説明されるような、医療装置であって、少なくとも1つの電子ユニット、および、ユーザの皮膚上に取り付けられるように構成される少なくとも1つのパッチを有し、パッチは、パッチベースを有する、少なくとも1つの医療装置を提供すること、
b)皮膚上にパッチベースを配置すること、および
c)挿入可能エレメントを生体組織に挿入すること
を含む。
少なくとも1つの挿入可能エレメントと、
挿入可能エレメントを皮下的に挿入するための少なくとも1つの挿入カニューレと
を備え、
挿入可能エレメントは、皮下挿入のための少なくとも1つの生体内遠位端と、少なくとも1つの生体外近位端とを備え、
挿入カニューレは、挿入カニューレの壁により完全にまたは部分的に囲繞される内腔を有し、挿入可能エレメントは、内腔内に受容され、壁は、少なくとも1つの形状記憶合金を含み、挿入カニューレは、第1形状構造で収容され、挿入カニューレは、挿入のために第2形状構造に変形可能に構成される、医療装置。
a)実施形態1〜63のいずれかの少なくとも1つの医療装置を提供することであって、医療装置は、少なくとも1つの電子ユニット、および、ユーザの皮膚上に取り付けられるように構成される少なくとも1つのパッチを有し、パッチは、パッチベースを有する、少なくとも1つの医療装置を提供すること、

前記挿入可能エレメント(112)は、皮下挿入のための少なくとも1つの生体内遠位端(142)と、少なくとも1つの生体外近位端(144)とを備え、
前記挿入カニューレ(110)は、前記挿入カニューレ(110)の壁(124)により完全にまたは部分的に囲繞される内腔(122)を有し、前記挿入可能エレメント(112)は、前記内腔(122)内に受容され、前記壁(124)は、少なくとも1つの形状記憶合金を含み、前記挿入カニューレ(110)は、第1形状構造(136)で収容され、前記挿入カニューレ(110)は、挿入のために第2形状構造(160)に変形可能に構成され、
前記挿入カニューレは、前記挿入可能エレメント(112)が前記生体組織(140)に挿入された後、前記挿入可能エレメント(112)が前記生体組織(140)内に留まる間、前記生体組織(140)から引き抜くことができるように構成される、

- 前記挿入カニューレ(110)は、少なくとも部分的に略長方形の形状を有する、請求項1または2記載の医療装置(108)。
- 前記形状記憶合金は、超弾性形状記憶合金または擬弾性形状記憶合金のうちの少なくとも1つであり、機械的応力に応じて前記挿入カニューレ(110)の形状を変化させるように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療装置(108)。
- 前記第2形状構造(160)は、前記挿入カニューレ(110)の少なくとも1つのアーチ形状(166)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療装置(108)。
- 前記挿入カニューレ(110)は、前記挿入可能エレメント(112)の挿入後に前記挿入カニューレ(110)が前記医療装置(108)内に引き込まれるように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療装置(108)。
- 前記医療装置(108)は、ユーザ(236)の皮膚に取り付けられるように構成される少なくとも1つのパッチ(172)をさらに備え、前記パッチ(172)は、パッチベース(174)を備え、前記パッチ(172)は、前記第1形状構造(136)から前記第2形状構造(160)に前記挿入カニューレ(110)を駆動するように構成される一体型挿入機構(182)を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療装置(108)。
- 前記一体型挿入機構(182)は、少なくとも1つの駆動ユニット(184)を備え、前記駆動ユニット(184)は、前記挿入カニューレ(110)を挿入方向に付勢するように構成される、請求項7記載の医療装置(108)。
