Description
(ii)式IIのトリス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)−s−トリアジンと、からなる混合物は、
ポリカーボネート配合物を製造するために用いられた材料を表1に示す(FRは、難燃剤の略語である)。
燃焼性試験を、アメリカ保険業者安全規格UL 94に従って、厚さが3.2mm、0.8mm又は0.4mmの試験片に垂直燃焼を適用して行う。
使用機器は、データカラーC600である。ASTM D1746 97に従って、透明度を測定し、ASTM D1003標準試験方法に従って、ヘイズを測定する。黄色度指数:D1925−70。
スクリュー回転数:350rpm、
供給速度:12kg/h。
Claims (7)
- 前記ヒドロキノンのアリールリン酸エステルにおいて、R1=R2=R3=R4=フェニル、かつ1.0<n≦1.1である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 難燃剤の前記添加剤混合物の濃度が、前記ポリカーボネート組成物の全重量に基づいて10重量%〜20重量%の範囲であり、(i):(ii)の重量比が、1:2〜1:5の範囲である請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 難燃剤の前記添加剤混合物の濃度が、前記ポリカーボネート組成物の全重量に基づいて11%〜15%の範囲である請求項3に記載の組成物。
- (i):(ii)の重量比が1:3〜1:4の範囲である請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、ASTM D1746−97に従って試験した場合、96%以上の光透過率を有し、且つ厚み0.8mmまたは0.4mmの試験片の形態にて、UL 94試験に従って試験した場合、V−0である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む成形品。
