Claims (6)
- 生体内の生体組織に孔を形成して当該孔を拡張させるための医療デバイスであって、
内部にルーメンが形成され、遠位側に前記ルーメンが開口する先端部を備える長尺体と、
前記生体組織を変性させて孔を形成するためのエネルギーを出力する出力部と、を有し、
前記出力部は、前記先端部に配置されるとともに、前記先端部の周方向に非連続に設けられ、遠位側から視て、前記ルーメンの中心軸を囲む凹形状であり、
前記先端部および出力部の少なくとも一方の外径が、遠位側に向かって徐々に減少する医療デバイス。 - 前記出力部は、前記先端部の遠位側に位置する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記長尺体の中心軸と垂直な断面における前記出力部の前記中心軸からの最長距離は、前記先端部の最大半径よりも小さい請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記出力部は、切り欠きを有する周方向に非連続な管体である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記出力部は、前記長尺体の遠位側の端面に位置するともに、軸方向に延在する切り欠きを有し、
前記長尺体の遠位側の端面は、リング状に連続している請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記長尺体は、遠位側へ向かって一方側へ曲がる曲げ部を有し、
前記出力部が前記長尺体の中心軸に対して位置する方向は、前記曲げ部が遠位側へ向かって曲がる方向と逆方向である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
