Claims (7)
- 内燃機関(12)に加圧された潤滑油を供給するための自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ(20)であって、
最大偏心位置と最小偏心位置との間で移動可能な制御リング(27)内で回転する多数の摺動可能なベーン(28)を備えたポンプロータ(26)と、
前記制御リング(27)を最大偏心位置に押し込む制御リング予圧ばね(34)と、
前記制御リング(27)を最小偏心位置に押し込む油圧パイロットチャンバ(31)を含み、前記油圧パイロットチャンバ(31)はポンプ出口圧力(PO)又はエンジン(12)のギャラリ圧力(PG)で充填されており、
パイロットチャンバ圧力(PP)を直接に調整することにより前記ギャラリ圧力(PG)を制御するための油圧制御回路と、
前記制御リング(27)の外周(29)の一部を取り囲む非対称の油圧出口チャンバ(36)が、前記ポンプ出口圧力(PO)で充填され、加圧された潤滑油についてポンプ出口(90)に直接的に接続されており、
前記油圧出口チャンバ(36)内の前記外周(29)が反ばね油圧面(291)と逆作用する順ばね油圧面(292)とを含み、有効な前記反ばね油圧面(291)は、前記順ばね油圧面(292)よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ。 - 前記油圧制御回路は、前記パイロットチャンバ圧力(PP)を直接的に調整することによって前記エンジン(12)の前記ギャラリ圧力(PG)を制御するための油圧制御弁(50)を備え、前記油圧制御弁(50)の圧力入口(80)は前記エンジン(12)の前記ギャラリ圧力(PG)で充填されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ。
- 前記制御リングの移動方向(82)に垂直な前記反ばね油圧面の高さ(H1)は前記順ばね油圧面の高さ(H2)よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ。
- 前記有効な反ばね油圧面(291)は前記順ばね油圧面(292)よりも少なくとも10%大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれに記載の自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ。
- 前記油圧制御弁(50)は、弁開口(57)を開閉するための弁本体(56)を備えたプランジャ(59)と、前記弁本体(56)を開弁位置に押し込む弁予圧ばね(51)と、前記圧力入口(80)のギャラリ圧力(PG)で充填された第1の能動プランジャ表面(53)とを備える、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ。
- 前記プランジャ(59)は、電気的に作動される別個の油圧スイッチ(60)を介して前記圧力入口(80)のギャラリ圧力(PG)で充填される第2の能動プランジャ表面(54)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ。
- 油圧スロットル(38)が、前記油圧パイロットチャンバ(31)の上流であって、ポンプ出口圧力(PO)の供給源の下流に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれに記載の自動車用可変機械式潤滑油ポンプ。
