Claims (1)

ツーバイフォー建物の壁起こし工法において、壁パネルの下枠のアンカーボルトを挿入する位置にアンカーボルト貫通孔を開けると共に、基礎に埋め込んだアンカーボルトの土台上部の床合板から突き出した部分に所定の外径、内径、パイプ肉厚、長さを有する金属製のパイプの中央部を所定寸法の半径で90度に折り曲げたアンカーパイプの一端を挿入し、前記アンカーパイプの他端を、床合板の上に水平に載置された壁パネルの下枠に空けたアンカーボルト貫通孔に挿入し、壁パネルの上枠に、壁起こし工具の受けを挿入し、壁起こし工具にツーバイフォー材を差し込み、ツーバイフォー材の下端に止め板を固定し、ハンドルを上下に動かすことにより、壁起こし工具がツーバイフォー材を抱え込むようにして除々に上昇し、壁起こし工具の受けが上枠を持ち上げることにより壁パネルが下枠を中心として回動し壁パネルを立て起こすことにより壁パネルの下枠に開けたアンカーボルト貫通がアンカーパイプの曲がった形状に沿って案内されて、アンカーボルト貫通孔にアンカーパイプの前記一端が挿入され土台上部の床合板に壁パネルの下枠を載せたあと、アンカーパイプを壁パネルの下枠から引き抜き、アンカーボルトに座金とナットを取り付け、壁パネルを基礎に固定したことを特徴とするツーバイフォー建物のアンカーガイド工法。In the wall raising method of a two-by-four building, an anchor bolt through hole is made at the position where the anchor bolt is inserted in the lower frame of the wall panel, and the specified outer diameter is projected from the floor plywood at the upper part of the base of the anchor bolt embedded in the foundation.
