Description
− 繊維と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー改質剤とを含む水性懸濁液を作製することと、
− 少なくとも1つの糸を形成するために、前記水性懸濁液を少なくとも1つのノズルに通すことと、
− 続いて、前記少なくとも1つの糸を脱水することとを含む方法において、
ヒドロゲルを、前記少なくとも1つのノズルから出る糸の表面に付与することを特徴とする方法。
− 繊維を有する水性懸濁液と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー改質剤とが提供されることと、
− 前記水性懸濁液が、少なくとも1つの糸を形成するために、少なくとも1つのノズルを通って配設されることと、
− 前記少なくとも1つの糸に、脱水が施されるために配設されることとを含むシステムにおいて、
ヒドロゲルが、前記少なくとも1つのノズルから出る前記少なくとも1つの糸の表面に付与されるように配設されることを特徴とするシステム。
アルギン酸塩、グアールガム、ペクチンなどの生体高分子の選択、
水に対する生体高分子の溶解性、
金属イオンに対する生体高分子の反応性(架橋密度および速度)、
アルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲルマトリックスから水の放出を制御するための、アルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲルの膨張/収縮(pH)の制御。
Claims (10)
- 繊維と少なくとも1つのレオロジー改質剤とを含む水性懸濁液(210)を提供することと、
少なくとも1つの糸を形成するために、前記懸濁液(210)を少なくとも1つのノズル(200)に通すことと、
前記少なくとも1つのノズル(200)から出る糸の表面にアルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲル(230)を付与することと、
前記少なくとも1つの糸に脱水を施こすこととを含み、
前記ノズルの出口において、前記水性懸濁液が、カチオンの環状流と合流し、前記アルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲルが前記糸の表面を覆うことを特徴とする繊維性糸を製造するための方法。 - 前記糸の特性を変えるために、糸特性改質添加剤(220)を前記水性懸濁液に付与することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記糸特性改質添加剤(220)は、粘土、ポリエステル、ナイロン、金属、イオン、任意の電気的導電性材料、および/または活性炭のいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 自由噴流領域内のノズル出口(201)における前記アルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲル(230)形成を開始することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水性懸濁液(210)を発泡体の形態で提供することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維性糸を製造するためのシステムであって、
繊維と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー改質剤とを含む水性懸濁液(210)が提供され、
少なくとも1つの糸を形成するために、前記水性懸濁液(210)は、少なくとも1つのノズル(200)を通過して配設され、
アルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲル(230)は、前記少なくとも1つのノズル(200)から出る前記少なくとも1つの糸の表面上に付与されるように配設され、
前記少なくとも1つの糸は、脱水が施されるように配設され、
前記ノズルの出口において、前記水性懸濁液が、カチオンの環状流と合流し、前記アルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲルが前記糸の表面を覆うことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記糸の特性を変えるために、前記水性懸濁液(210)内に付与される糸特性改質添加剤(220)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記糸特性改質添加剤(220)は、粘土、ポリエステル、ナイロン、金属、イオン、任意の電気的導電性材料、および/または活性炭のいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記アルギン酸金属塩ヒドロゲル(230)形成は、自由噴流領域内のノズル出口(201)において開始されることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記水性懸濁液(210)を発泡体の形態で提供することを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
