- 地面と接触するトレッド部100と、車軸に連結されるリム部300と、リム部300とトレッド部100との間の構造的支持の役割を果たすスポーク部200とを含む非空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記スポーク部200は、単位構造210が繰り返されるメタ構造で形成され、
前記単位構造210は、タイヤの円周方向に空洞を有すると共に、
前記単位構造210の断面形状は、縦方向突出部211と、横方向突出部212とを含む構成において、
前記縦方向突出部211と横方向突出部212を結ぶ辺に変曲点213が形成される
ことを特徴とする非空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記単位構造210の中央部に縦方向隔膜214が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記単位構造210の中央部に横方向隔膜215が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記横方向隔膜215は、その中央に突出部216を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
- 地面と接触するトレッド部100と、車軸に連結されるリム部300と、リム部300とトレッド部100との間の構造的支持の役割を果たすスポーク部200とを含む非空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記スポーク部200は、単位構造210が繰り返されるメタ構造で形成され、
前記単位構造210は、タイヤの円周方向に空洞を有すると共に、
前記単位構造210の断面形状は、縦方向突出部211と、横方向突出部212とを含む構成において、
前記スポーク部200の外殻側の単位構造210の横方向突出部212の一端がサイドウォール側に突出することにより、円周方向の山部220と谷部230を形成し、
前記スポーク部200の単位構造210は、トレッド部100とリム部300との間に横に5個、縦に8個配列される
ことを特徴とする、非空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記トレッド部100に隣接する上段2列及びリム部300に隣接する下段3列の単位構造210には縦方向隔膜214が形成され、
前記上段2列と下段3列との間の中段3列には横方向隔膜215が形成され、
前記横方向隔膜215は、その中央に突出部216を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の非空気入りタイヤ。
