また、本適用例に係る車両用温度管理装置において、車両に搭載された温度調整対象機器と熱交換する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環回路と、前記冷媒循環回路において、前記冷媒を冷却するチラーを含むチラー熱交換流路と、前記冷媒循環回路において、前記チラー熱交換流路と並列に設けられ、前記冷媒を加熱するヒータを含むヒータ熱交換流路と、前記冷媒循環回路における前記冷媒の流路として、前記チラー熱交換流路と、前記ヒータ熱交換流路と、のうち少なくとも1つを選択する流路選択部と、前記流路選択部を制御する切替制御部と、前記チラーの作動を制御する作動制御部と、を含み、前記冷媒循環回路が温度調整対象機器を加熱する場合、前記切替制御部は、前記冷媒の流路として前記ヒータ熱交換流路と前記チラー熱交換流路を選択するように前記流路選択部を制御し、かつ、前記作動制御部は、前記チラーを作動させないことを特徴としてもよい。
また、本適用例に係る車両用温度管理装置において、車両に搭載された温度調整対象機器と熱交換する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環回路と、前記冷媒循環回路において、前記冷媒を冷却するチラーを含むチラー熱交換流路と、前記冷媒循環回路において、前記チラー熱交換流路と並列に設けられ、外気と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を前記外気に放出するラジエータを含むラジエータ熱交換流路と、前記冷媒循環回路において、前記チラー熱交換流路、及び前記ラジエータ熱交換流路と並列に設けられ、前記冷媒を加熱するヒータを含むヒータ熱交換流路と、前記冷媒循環回路における前記冷媒の流路として、前記チラー熱交換流路と、前記ラジエータ熱交換流路と、前記ヒータ熱交換流路とのうちの少なくとも1つを選択する流路選択部と、前記流路選択部を制御する切替制御部と、前記チラーの作動を制御する作動制御部と、を含み、前記切替制御部は、前記冷媒の流路として前記ラジエータ熱交換流路、又は前記ヒータ熱交換流路を選択する場合、さらに前記チラー熱交換流路を選択するように前記流路選択部を制御し、かつ、前記作動制御部は、前記チラーを作動させなくてもよい。

上記説明の通り、本実施形態に係る車両用温度管理装置1は、車両に搭載された温度調整対象機器と熱交換する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環回路3と、冷媒循環回路3において、冷媒を冷却するチラー41を含むチラー熱交換流路40と、冷媒循環回路3において、チラー熱交換流路40と並列に設けられ、外気と冷媒とを熱交換させることで冷媒の熱を外気に放出するラジエータ39を含むラジエータ熱交換流路38と、冷媒循環回路3において、チラー熱交換流路40、及びラジエータ熱交換流路38と並列に設けられ、冷媒を加熱するヒータ37を含むヒータ熱交換流路36と、冷媒循環回路3における冷媒の流路として、チラー熱交換流路40と、ラジエータ熱交換流路38と、ヒータ熱交換流路36とのうちの少なくとも1つを選択するバルブ33、及びバルブ35と、チラー熱交換流路40と、ラジエータ熱交換流路38と、ヒータ熱交換流路36とのうちの少なくとも1つを選択するようにバルブ33、及びバルブ35を制御する切替制御部5と、チラーの作動を制御する作動制御部7と、を含む。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載された温度調整対象機器と熱交換する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環回路と、
前記冷媒循環回路において、前記冷媒を冷却するチラーを含むチラー熱交換流路と、
前記冷媒循環回路において、前記チラー熱交換流路と並列に設けられ、外気と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を前記外気に放出するラジエータを含むラジエータ熱交換流路と、
前記冷媒循環回路における前記冷媒の流路として、前記チラー熱交換流路と、前記ラジエータ熱交換流路と、のうち少なくとも1つを選択する流路選択部と、
前記流路選択部を制御する切替制御部と、
前記チラーの作動を制御する作動制御部と、を含み、
前記冷媒循環回路が温度調整対象機器の熱を放出させる場合、前記切替制御部は、前記冷媒の流路として前記ラジエータ熱交換流路と前記チラー熱交換流路を選択するように前記流路選択部を制御し、かつ、前記作動制御部は、前記チラーを作動させないことを特徴とする、車両用温度管理装置。 - 車両に搭載された温度調整対象機器と熱交換する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環回路と、
前記冷媒循環回路において、前記冷媒を冷却するチラーを含むチラー熱交換流路と、
前記冷媒循環回路において、前記チラー熱交換流路と並列に設けられ、前記冷媒を加熱するヒータを含むヒータ熱交換流路と、
前記冷媒循環回路における前記冷媒の流路として、前記チラー熱交換流路と、前記ヒータ熱交換流路と、のうち少なくとも1つを選択する流路選択部と、
前記流路選択部を制御する切替制御部と、
前記チラーの作動を制御する作動制御部と、を含み、
前記冷媒循環回路が温度調整対象機器を加熱する場合、前記切替制御部は、前記冷媒の流路として前記ヒータ熱交換流路と前記チラー熱交換流路を選択するように前記流路選択部を制御し、かつ、前記作動制御部は、前記チラーを作動させないことを特徴とする、車両用温度管理装置。 - 車両に搭載された温度調整対象機器と熱交換する冷媒が循環する冷媒循環回路と、
前記冷媒循環回路において、前記冷媒を冷却するチラーを含むチラー熱交換流路と、
前記冷媒循環回路において、前記チラー熱交換流路と並列に設けられ、外気と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を前記外気に放出するラジエータを含むラジエータ熱交換流路と、
前記冷媒循環回路において、前記チラー熱交換流路、及び前記ラジエータ熱交換流路と並列に設けられ、前記冷媒を加熱するヒータを含むヒータ熱交換流路と、
前記冷媒循環回路における前記冷媒の流路として、前記チラー熱交換流路と、前記ラジエータ熱交換流路と、前記ヒータ熱交換流路とのうちの少なくとも1つを選択する流路選択部と、
前記流路選択部を制御する切替制御部と、
前記チラーの作動を制御する作動制御部と、を含み、
前記切替制御部は、前記冷媒の流路として前記ラジエータ熱交換流路、又は前記ヒータ熱交換流路を選択する場合、さらに前記チラー熱交換流路を選択するように前記流路選択部を制御し、かつ、前記作動制御部は、前記チラーを作動させない、車両用温度管理装置。 - 前記温度調整対象機器は、前記車両の駆動用バッテリである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載される車両用温度管理装置。
