Claims (4)
- 上面が開口するケースと、該ケース内に収納された熱交換ユニットと、前記ケースの上部に配置された貯留槽とを備え、
前記貯留槽内に貯留された被熱交換流体を前記熱交換ユニットの伝熱媒体流通管に向けて自重で滴下させ、該被熱交換流体と前記伝熱媒体流通管を流通する伝熱媒体との間で熱交換させる熱交換装置であって、
前記伝熱媒体流通管の両端に伝熱媒体入口と伝熱媒体出口を同方向に向かって開口させ、前記ケースの前記伝熱媒体入口と前記伝熱媒体出口の開口方向と同方向または反対方向の何れか一方の側壁に、前記ケース内で滴下した前記被熱交換流体を排出するための被熱交換流体排出口を形成し、
前記熱交換ユニットを、上下方向に沿って螺旋状に巻回された前記伝熱媒体流通管と、該伝熱媒体流通管を収容保持する矩形枠体とで構成し、
前記矩形枠体の相対向する2箇所にそれぞれ垂直に取り付けられた固定板の一方に前記伝熱媒体入口と前記伝熱媒体出口を開口させるとともに、両固定板の下部に、何れか一方が前記被熱交換流体排出口に連通する連通孔をそれぞれ形成し、
前記熱交換ユニットを前記ケースに対して上下方向から出し入れ可能としたことを特徴とする熱交換装置。 - 前記ケースを上面が開口する矩形ボックスで構成するとともに、該ケースの前記伝熱媒体入口と前記伝熱媒体出口の開口方向と同方向及び反対方向の相対向する一対の側壁の各上端部に、上方が開放された同一寸法・同一形状の切欠きをそれぞれ形成し、何れか一方の切欠きに前記伝熱媒体入口と前記伝熱媒体出口を臨ませたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記ケースに、前記熱交換ユニットの出し入れの際の上下方向のスライドを案内するためのガイド手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記ケースの相対向する2つの側壁の各上端縁を内側に直角に折り曲げてフランジ部をそれぞれ形成し、両フランジ部の長手方向両端部の相対向する各2箇所に、前記固定板が嵌合する切欠きをそれぞれ形成することによって前記ガイド手段を構成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換装置。
