Claims (4)
- 装置本体と、前記装置本体内に収納された熱交換ユニットと、前記装置本体の上部に配置された貯留槽と、を有し、前記熱交換ユニットは伝熱媒体を流通させる伝熱媒体流通管を備え、前記貯留槽内に貯留された被熱交換流体を前記熱交換ユニットの前記伝熱媒体流通管に向けて自重で滴下させ、該滴下した被熱交換流体と前記伝熱媒体流通管を流通する伝熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う熱交換装置であって、
前記貯留槽内における基準水位を超えた前記被熱交換流体を前記貯留槽外に排出するオーバーフロー流路と、該オーバーフロー流路から流出した前記被熱交換流体を前記貯留槽から滴下する前記被熱交換流体の滴下経路に導く案内部材と、を有し、
前記案内部材が、前記貯留槽における前記被熱交換流体の各滴下位置を平面上で連ねた場合の周回形状に対応した外周形状を有している
ことを特徴とする熱交換装置。 - 前記案内部材が、前記オーバーフロー流路から流出した前記被熱交換流体を面状に拡げて前記滴下経路に導く形状を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換装置。 - 前記案内部材が、前記案内部材から前記滴下経路への前記被熱交換流体の落下が前記被熱交換流体の前記貯留槽からの滴下を邪魔しないように配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換装置。 - 前記貯留槽が前記装置本体に着脱自在に設けられているとともに、前記案内部材が前記貯留槽側と前記熱交換ユニット側とのいずれか一方側に位置決めされて固定され、前記装置本体と前記貯留槽との間には、前記周回形状、前記案内部材及び前記熱交換ユニットの位置決めを行う位置決め構造が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換装置。
