Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係るモータ装置が適用された車両1の構成を示す概略ブロック図である。車両1は、電気によるモータ駆動の電気自動車である。図1に示すように、車両1は、モータ装置2、冷却液タンク3、蓄電池4、およびインバータ5を備えている。なお、車両1はその他の構成も備えているが、図1においては記載を省略している。

Claims (6)
- 複数の永久磁石が、中心軸を中心にして、環状のハルバッハ配列で配列された回転子と、
前記回転子の径方向の外側で、エアギャップのみを隔てて、前記回転子を囲むように配置された円筒形状部、および、前記円筒形状部の外周面に、周方向に沿って等間隔で配置された複数の巻線を有する固定子と、
前記固定子を収納する容器と、
を備え、
前記巻線は、超伝導材料を含み、
前記円筒形状部と前記容器との間には、冷却液が充填されており、
前記回転子は、前記複数の永久磁石が固定された回転子本体をさらに備え、
前記回転子本体および前記円筒形状部は、合成樹脂を含む材料からなる、
モータ装置。 - 前記巻線の数は、15個以上である、
請求項1に記載のモータ装置。 - 前記巻線は、超電導体材料を含む帯状の線材をダブルパンケーキ型に巻回したコイルであり、コイル面の形状がレーストラック形状である、
請求項1または2に記載のモータ装置。 - 前記各巻線の、前記中心軸の延びる方向である軸方向の寸法、および、前記各永久磁石の前記軸方向の寸法は、200mm以下である、
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のモータ装置。 - 前記容器は、外側容器および内側容器を備え、
前記外側容器と前記内側容器とで囲まれた空間は、外部より真空度が高い、
請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のモータ装置。 - 前記固定子は、前記円筒形状部および前記複数の巻線の径方向の外側に配置されるバックヨークをさらに備えている、
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のモータ装置。
