The resistance of the normal conducting stator coil 3 brought to the temperature of liquid nitrogen is lowered. A rotor is inserted into the stator coil 3 brought to the temperature of liquid nitrogen, thus preventing the intrusion of heat to a superconducting field winding 4 brought to the temperature of liquid helium.
