Claims (22)
- 入れ子式バルーンを製造するための方法であって、
第1のバルーン層を提供するステップと、
第2のバルーン層を提供するステップと、
入れ子式バルーンを形成するために、前記第1のバルーン層を前記第2のバルーン層に挿入するステップと、
前記入れ子式バルーンを、37.8℃から148.9℃までの間の温度で、ある期間の間、アニーリングするステップであって、アニーリングするステップの後に、前記第1のバルーン層が前記第2のバルーン層に対して滑るように構成され、前記期間は5分間から180分間までの間である、アニーリングするステップと、
アニーリングするステップの前に、前記第1のバルーン層と前記第2のバルーン層とを吹込み成形するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のバルーン層はナイロンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のバルーン層はナイロンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度は48.9℃から132.2℃までの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度は37.8℃から93.3℃までの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アニーリングするステップは、前記入れ子式バルーンを2atmから30atmまでの間の圧力で加圧するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アニーリングするステップは、前記入れ子式バルーンを10atmから25atmまでの間の圧力で加圧するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 4.45Nから22.24Nまでの間の伸長力で前記入れ子式バルーンを伸長させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記期間は15分間から45分間までの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記入れ子式バルーンをアニーリングするステップであって、アニーリングするステップは、37.8℃から148.9℃までの間の温度を5分間から180分間までの間の期間の間印加するステップを含み、アニーリングするステップの後に、前記第1のバルーン層および前記第2のバルーン層は、互いに対して滑るように構成される、アニーリングするステップと、を含む、方法。
