Claims (4)
- 圧力発生源を有する内側と外側とを仕切る板材に形成された排出口に設けられる薄膜弁であって、
前記板材に設けられ、前記排出口の外側開口部を閉塞する薄膜と、
前記排出口に対応した形状の貫通孔を有し、前記薄膜の外側に接触して配置されるナイフリングと、
前記貫通孔の内方に突出して前記ナイフリングに設けられ、突出端に先端エッジが形成された開裂突起と、を有し、
前記開裂突起は、前記先端エッジから前記貫通孔の一方端側に延びる第1の傾斜エッジと、前記先端エッジから前記貫通孔の他方端側に延びる第2の傾斜エッジとを有し、内側の圧力が高まったときに、前記薄膜のうち先端エッジに接触する部分を開裂する、薄膜弁。 - 請求項1記載の薄膜弁において、前記第1の傾斜エッジは前記第2の傾斜エッジよりも短い、薄膜弁。
- 請求項1または2記載の薄膜弁において、前記開裂突起に対向して前記ナイフリングに内方に突出して設けられ、前記開裂突起により開裂された前記薄膜のうちの開裂部の基端部を前記板材に保持する飛散防止部を有する、薄膜弁。
- 排出口が形成された板材としての蓋板および側板を備え、正極板および負極板を有する電極群と電解液とを内側に収容する電池容器と、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薄膜弁と、
を有する二次電池。
