差動信号の信号成分を遠位端部から、近位端部の無線周波数(RF)コネクタへと伝送するよう構成される中心導体コンタクトと、
上記差動信号の基準信号成分を上記遠位端部から、上記近位端部の上記RFコネクタへと伝送するよう構成される基準コンタクトと、
上記差動信号の上記基準信号成分を上記中心導体コンタクトから絶縁するよう構成される絶縁スリーブと
を具えている。

Claims (5)
- 差動ピン対を受ける無線周波数(RF)アダプタであって、
RFコネクタを有する第1端部と、上記差動ピン対の信号ピンと結合するよう構成される信号コンタクトを有する第2端部とを有する中心導体コンタクトと、
上記中心導体コンタクトの周りを囲む絶縁スリーブと、
上記中心導体コンタクトから上記絶縁スリーブによって隔離され、上記差動ピン対の基準ピンと結合するよう構成される基準コンタクトと
を具えるRFアダプタ。 - 上記基準コンタクトが、被試験デバイス(DUT)に当接し、上記DUT及び上記RFコネクタ間で受けるコモン・モード干渉から上記信号ピン及び上記信号コンタクトをシールドするよう構成される請求項1のRFアダプタ。
- 上記基準コンタクトが、被試験デバイス(DUT)に当接し、上記基準ピンに対する上記信号ピンの位置を制御して維持し、上記差動ピン対間のインピーダンスを一定に維持するよう構成される請求項1のRFアダプタ。
- 上記中心導体コンタクトが、上記差動ピン対の上記信号ピンから受けた信号の利得を低減するよう構成されるアッテネータを更に有する請求項1のRFアダプタ。
- 差動ピン対を受ける無線周波数(RF)アダプタであって、
差動信号の信号成分を遠位端部から、近位端部の無線周波数(RF)コネクタへと伝送するよう構成される中心導体コンタクトと、
上記差動信号の基準信号成分を上記遠位端部から、上記近位端部の上記RFコネクタへと伝送するよう構成される基準コンタクトと、
上記差動信号の上記基準信号成分を上記中心導体コンタクトから絶縁するよう構成される絶縁スリーブと
を具えるRFアダプタ。
