Claims (22)
- 第1の電極(238)と第2の電極(240)を第1の材料層(223)に関連付けすることと、
前記第1の電極(238)と前記第2の電極(240)と導通している光源(208)を配置することと、
埋め込まれた光源(206)を有する多層パネル(202)を形成するために、前記第1の材料層(223)、前記第1の電極(238)、前記第2の電極(240)、及び前記光源(208)を備えるアセンブリ(207)を処理することと
を含む、方法であって、
前記第1の電極(238)と前記第2の電極(240)とを前記第1の材料層(223)に関連付けすることは、
前記第1の電極(238)又は前記第2の電極(240)の内の1つのみを前記第1の材料層(223)に取り付けることと、
前記第1の電極(238)又は前記第2の電極(240)のもう一方が、前記第1の材料層(223)に対して自由に動けるように、前記第1の電極(238)又は前記第2の電極(240)の前記もう一方を配置することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記アセンブリ(207)を処理する前に、前記光源(208)又は前記第1の材料層(223)の内の少なくとも1つに表面処理(264)を施すことを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の電極(238)又は前記第2の電極(240)の内の1つのみを前記第1の材料層(223)に取り付けることは、前記第1の電極(238)又は前記第2の電極(240)の内の1つのみを前記第1の材料層(223)に接着すること、前記第1の電極(238)又は前記第2の電極(240)の内の1つのみを前記第1の材料層(223)に印刷すること、又は前記第1の電極(238)又は前記第2の電極(240)の内の1つのみを形成するために、導電繊維を前記第1の材料層(223)の選択された場所に組み込むことの内の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の材料層(224)を前記光源(208)及び前記第1の材料層(223)を覆うように配置することを更に含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料層(224)は、前記光源(208)からの少なくとも一部の光が前記第2の材料層(224)を通過することを可能にする材料を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料層(223)と前記第2の材料層(224)は予め含浸させた複合材料であり、前記アセンブリ(207)を処理することは、硬化パネル(279)を形成するために、加熱又は加圧の内の少なくとも1つで前記アセンブリ(207)を硬化させることを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。

前記硬化パネル(279)を覆うように積層体(226)を配置することを更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の電極(238)と前記第2の電極(240)を前記第1の材料層(223)に関連付けした後で、硬化パネル(279)を形成するために前記第1の材料層(223)を硬化させることを更に含み、前記光源(208)は前記硬化パネル(279)上に前記第1の電極(238)と前記第2の電極(240)と導通するように配置され、前記アセンブリ(207)を処理することは、
前記埋め込まれた光源(206)を有する前記多層パネル(202)を形成するために、前記光源(208)と前記硬化パネル(279)を覆うように積層体(226)を配置することを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記光源(208)の厚さとおおよそ同じ厚さを有するシム(272)を前記第1の材料層(223)に関連付けすることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
