Description
本件出願は、2016年11月23日出願の米国特許出願第15/359,848号及び2016年11月23日出願の独国特許出願第2017853号からの優先権を主張し、上述の特許出願は参照により全体が本明細書に組み入れられるものとする。
本発明は、フローセルアセンブリ固定システム及び方法に関する。
単一操作により、前記フローセルアセンブリに係合して、前記フローセルアセンブリの平面に直交するZ-方向に前記フローセルアセンブリを前記支持体に向けて押圧し、また前記Z-方向に直交するX-方向の第1基準位置、並びに前記Z-方向及び前記X-方向に直交するY-方向の第2基準位置に前記フローセルアセンブリを押圧する、固定及び位置決めアセンブリを作動させるステップと、を備えることができる。
Claims (10)
- フローセルアセンブリを収容するように構成されているとともにX方向位置決め素子を有する支持体と、
第1アームを有するコモンサイド固定アセンブリと、
第2アームを有するポストサイド固定アセンブリと、を備え、
前記第1および前記第2のアームは、前記フローセルアセンブリの平面に対してZ-方向に前記支持体に向かって係合して前記フローセルアセンブリを引き込むように作動可能であり、前記コモンサイド固定アセンブリは、前記支持体の第1サイドに配置され、前記ポストサイド固定アセンブリは、前記第1サイドの反対側の、前記支持体の第2サイドに配置されており、さらに、
前記X方向位置決め素子に抗して前記Z-方向に直交するX-方向の第1基準位置に前記フローセルアセンブリを押圧するよう作動可能な第1駆動素子と、
Y方向位置決め素子に抗して前記Z-方向及び前記X-方向に直交するY-方向の第2基準位置に前記フローセルアセンブリを押圧するよう作動可能な第2駆動素子と、
前記アーム、前記第1駆動素子並びに前記第2駆動素子に動作可能に接続された作動システムと、を備え、前記作動システムは、単一の固定操作で、前記アームを作動させて前記フローセルアセンブリを前記支持体に向かってZ-方向に引き込ませ、前記第1駆動素子を作動させて前記フローセルアセンブリを前記X方向位置決め素子に抗して前記X-方向の前記第1基準位置に押圧させ、及び前記第2駆動素子を作動させて前記フローセルアセンブリを前記Y方向位置決め素子に抗して前記Y-方向の前記第2基準位置に押圧させるように構成されており、
前記第1駆動素子は、前記フローセルアセンブリを前記第1基準位置に向けて押圧するように構成された螺旋状表面を有する、システム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、さらに、前記フローセルアセンブリが前記第1及び第2の基準位置に位置決めされるとき、前記フローセルアセンブリに対する封止流体流路を形成するように構成されている流体接続部を備える、システム。
- 請求項2記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体接続部はマニホールドを有し、前記マニホールドは、前記作動システムによって移動させられ、前記フローセルアセンブリの流入サイド、及び前記フローセルアセンブリの流出サイドとの封止流体接続を完遂する、システム。
- 請求項3記載のシステムにおいて、1つ以上の流路を封止するために、前記フローセルアセンブリの第1のエラストマー素子と流体的に結合するように構成されている第1マニホールドを有する、システム。
- 請求項2記載のシステムにおいて、前記流体接続部は、前記フローセルアセンブリの流入サイド及び流出サイドに対して位置決めされるように構成されているマニホールドを有する、システム。
- 請求項5記載のシステムにおいて、前記システムは、ばねを有し、前記マニホールドは、前記アームによって加えられる力に抗して前記ばねを介して上方にばね押圧偏移させられる、システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1アームは、前記フローセルアセンブリの流入サイドで前記フローセルアセンブリの上側面に接触するように構成されており、前記第2アームは、前記フローセルアセンブリの流出サイドで前記フローセルアセンブリの上側面に接触するように構成されている、システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記作動システムは、前記フローセルアセンブリを前記第1基準位置に向けて移動させる1対の電動モータ、及び前記フローセルアセンブリを前記第2基準位置に向けて移動させる第3モータを含む、システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記アーム、前記第1及び前記第2駆動素子はそれぞれ、前記フローセルアセンブリが前記支持体によって収容されたときに前記作動システムによって作動されるとき、前記フローセルアセンブリのフレーム構造又は前記フローセルアセンブリのフローセルの少なくとも1つに接触するように構成されている、システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記システムは、押圧偏移ばねを有し、前記押圧偏移ばねによってクランプ位置に押圧偏移される、システム。
