Claims (5)
- 水槽と、
前記水槽内に設置されかつ、高温ガスを、気泡噴出孔を通じて水中に噴出するよう構成された気泡噴出機構と、
前記水槽内において垂直方向に伸びて配設されかつ、前記気泡噴出機構に、前記高温ガスを導くよう構成されたダウンカマーと、
前記水槽内に浸漬した伝熱管を有しかつ、前記気泡噴出機構から噴出された気泡による水の攪拌と加熱とにより、前記伝熱管の中を流れる低温液化ガスを気化するように構成された熱交換器と、
前記ダウンカマーの周囲に配設されかつ、前記伝熱管の途中箇所を支持するよう構成されたサポートと、を備え、
前記熱交換器の前記伝熱管は、前記ダウンカマーの周囲を囲むように、前記ダウンカマーの下部から上部に向かって、らせん状に配設され、
前記気泡噴出機構は、複数の前記気泡噴出孔が周面に形成されたスパージパイプによって構成され、
前記スパージパイプは、前記ダウンカマーから径方向の外方に向かって伸びるように前記ダウンカマーの下部に接続され、
前記サポートの配設位置は、前記スパージパイプの配設位置に対して周方向にずれている気化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の気化装置において、
前記スパージパイプは、前記ダウンカマーの周方向に等角度間隔を空けて複数本、配設されている気化装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の気化装置において、
前記サポートは、前記ダウンカマーの周囲において、径方向に伸びると共に、前記ダウンカマーに沿って垂直方向に伸びる板状の部材であって、前記伝熱管が板厚方向に貫通する貫通孔を有し、
前記サポートはまた、前記ダウンカマーの周囲において周方向に等角度間隔を空けて複数、配設され、
前記スパージパイプは、隣り合う前記サポートと前記サポートとの間に相当する領域内に、少なくとも一本、配設されている気化装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の気化装置において、
前記伝熱管の外周囲には、垂直方向に伸びかつ、前記熱交換器を囲むよう構成された囲いを備え、
前記囲いは、前記水槽内を、気泡が上昇すると共に前記熱交換器が配設された領域と、当該領域よりも径方向の外方の領域とに隔てている気化装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の気化装置において、
前記水槽は、有底円筒形状を有している気化装置。
