Claims (9)
- 自動車エンジンの駆動軸を自動車トランスミッションのトランスミッション入力軸に断接自在に接続するクラッチシステムであって、
トルクをトルク導入要素(12)とトルク導出要素(14)との間で伝達する摩擦クラッチ(16)と、
前記摩擦クラッチ(16)の圧着プレート(66)を軸方向で変位させるランプシステム(54)であって、入力ランプ(58)と、前記ランプシステム(54)の軸方向の延在寸法を変化させるべく、前記入力ランプ(58)に対して相対的に回動可能な出力ランプ(62)とを有するランプシステム(54)と、
前記トルク導入要素(12)と前記トルク導出要素(14)との間の差回転数の結果として、前記ランプシステム(54)を操作するパイロットクラッチ(32)と、
前記パイロットクラッチ(32)を電磁操作する電磁石(36)と、
前記電磁石(36)をオフにしたとき、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)を自動的に閉鎖する閉鎖ばね(52)と、を備え、
前記パイロットクラッチ(32)は、軸方向で前記摩擦クラッチ(16)と前記電磁石(36)との間に配置されており、かつ前記ランプシステム(54)は、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)および/または前記摩擦クラッチ(16)に対して半径方向内側に配置されており、
前記電磁石(36)をオンにしたとき、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)の圧着要素(44)が、前記閉鎖ばね(52)のばね力に抗して持ち上げられ、その結果、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)が開くように構成される、クラッチシステム。 - 前記摩擦クラッチ(16)は、出力側または入力側において、半径方向で延びる支持板(22)を介して半径方向内側で支持されており、
前記支持板(22)は、前記摩擦クラッチ(16)から背離した軸方向の外面(30)を有し、
前記パイロットクラッチ(32)には、前記支持板(22)を貫いて延びる取り付けフィンガ部(42)を介して、吸引可動子(38)が連結されており、
前記吸引可動子(38)は、前記電磁石(36)と、前記支持板(22)の前記外面(30)との間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のクラッチシステム。 - 前記電磁石(36)を保持する不動のモジュール支持体(28)を備え、
前記支持板(22)は、前記モジュール支持体(28)に支持されており、
前記モジュール支持体(28)は、前記電磁石(36)が取り付けられる半径方向で延びる板部分(34)と、前記支持板(22)が支持される軸方向で延びる管部分(26)とを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項2記載のクラッチシステム。 - 前記支持板(22)は、前記取り付けフィンガ部(42)を挿通する部分リング形の貫通開口(43)を有し、
前記貫通開口(43)の周方向での延在寸法は、少なくとも、前記取り付けフィンガ部(42)の周方向での延在寸法と、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)を操作したときの、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)に対する前記支持板(22)の最大の相対回動との合計に相当する
ことを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載のクラッチシステム。 - 軸方向で前記電磁石(36)と前記吸引可動子(38)との間に、前記電磁石(36)により前記吸引可動子(38)に磁力が作用したときに前記吸引可動子(38)と軸方向で突き当たる、支承されていて軸方向では不動の接触金属薄板(72)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム。
- 前記閉鎖ばね(52)は板ばねとして構成され、
前記閉鎖ばね(52)は、前記支持板(22)の前記外面(30)から背離した前記支持板(22)の内面に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム。 - 前記出力ランプ(62)は、前記トルク導入要素(12)に連結されており、前記入力ランプ(58)は、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)を介して前記トルク導出要素(14)に連結可能であるか、または
前記出力ランプ(62)は、前記トルク導出要素(14)に連結されており、前記入力ランプ(58)は、前記パイロットクラッチ(32)を介して前記トルク導入要素(12)に連結可能である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム。 - 前記摩擦クラッチ(16)を自動的に開放する、板ばねとして構成される戻しばね(64)を備え、
前記戻しばね(64)は、前記ランプシステム(54)に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム。 - 前記摩擦クラッチ(16)の出力部(20)および/または前記トルク導出要素(14)に電気機械のロータが結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム。
