Description

Claims (18)
- 材料センサシステムを具備する、システムであって、
前記材料センサシステムは、
材料の流れを受容するように構成される、入口と、
前記材料の流れを出力する、出口と、
前記入口からの前記材料の流れを受容するように構成される内部空洞を、少なくとも部分的に取り囲む、底部壁であって、前記底部壁は、前記材料と接触する第1の表面と、前記第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面とを備える、底部壁と、
フロートを備えるフロートシステムであって、前記フロートは、前記内部空洞内の前記材料内で浮揚するように構成される、フロートシステムと、
前記底部壁の前記第2の表面に連結され、前記内部空洞に対して外側に配置されたスイッチであって、前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムが前記底部壁の前記第1の表面に係合したときに、制御弁システムに1つ又は複数の信号を送信するように構成される、スイッチと、を具備する、システム。 - 前記フロートシステムは、前記フロート内に配置された磁石を具備する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムの前記磁石が、該磁石の磁場が前記スイッチをトリガする限界の距離内にあるとき、前記1つ又は複数の信号を送信するように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記スイッチは、機械式スイッチ、電気スイッチ又は空気圧式スイッチである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムが前記底部壁の前記第1の表面に沈降し、前記底部壁を貫通して延びる前記スイッチのトリガに物理的に係合するときに、前記1つ又は複数の信号を送信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記出口からの前記材料の流れを受容するように構成される、材料ポンプと、
前記材料ポンプからの前記材料の流れを受容するように構成される、1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素であって、前記材料ポンプは、導管を介して、前記出口と前記1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素との間を流体的に連結する、1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素と、
をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の信号は、1つ又は複数の空気信号を含み、
前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムが前記底部壁の前記第1の表面に接触したときに、前記1つ又は複数の空気信号を前記制御弁システムに送信するように構成され、
前記制御弁システムは、前記1つ又は複数の空気信号を受信すると、材料ポンプの動作を終了するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 材料センサシステムを具備する、システムであって、
前記材料センサシステムは、
材料の流れを受容するように構成される、入口と、
前記材料の流れを材料ポンプに出力するように構成される、出口と、
前記入口からの前記材料の流れを受容するように構成される内部空洞を、少なくとも部分的に取り囲む、底部壁であって、前記底部壁は、前記材料と接触する第1の表面と、前記第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面とを備える、底部壁と、
フロートを備えるフロートシステムであって、前記フロートは、前記内部空洞内の前記材料内で浮揚するように構成される、フロートシステムと、
前記底部壁の前記第2の表面に連結され、前記内部空洞に対して外側に配置されたスイッチであって、前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムが前記底部壁の前記第1の表面に係合したときに、1つ又は複数の信号を送信するように構成される、スイッチと、を備えており、
前記システムは、さらに、
前記スイッチから前記1つ又は複数の信号を受信するように構成される制御弁システムを具備する、システム。 - 前記制御弁システムは、前記材料ポンプの動作を駆動するように構成される空気モータに圧縮空気の流れを向けるように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御弁システムは、前記1つ又は複数の信号に基づいて、前記空気モータへの前記圧縮空気の流れを終了するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記フロートシステムは、前記フロート内に配置された磁石を具備する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムの前記磁石が、該磁石の磁場が前記スイッチをトリガする限界の距離内にあるとき、前記制御弁システムに前記1つ又は複数の信号を送信するように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムが前記底部壁の前記第1の表面に沈降し、前記スイッチのトリガに物理的に係合するときに、前記制御弁システムに前記1つ又は複数の信号を送信するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記材料ポンプは、1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素に前記材料の流れを向けるように構成され、前記材料ポンプは、前記材料センサシステムと前記1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素との間を流体的に連結する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 1つ又は複数の材料センサシステムであって、前記1つ又は複数の材料センサシステムのそれぞれは、それぞれの材料供給器から材料の流れを受容するように構成され、前記1つ又は複数の材料センサシステムのそれぞれは、
表面を備える内部空洞であって、前記内部空洞は前記材料の流れを受容するように構成される、内部空洞と、
1つ又は複数のフロートを備えるフロートシステムであって、前記1つ又は複数のフロートは、前記内部空洞内の前記材料内で浮揚するように構成される、フロートシステムと、
前記表面に近接して、前記内部空洞に対して外側に配置されたスイッチであって、前記スイッチは、前記フロートシステムが前記内部空洞の前記表面に係合したときに、1つ又は複数の制御弁システムのうちの1つの制御弁システムに、1つ又は複数の信号を送信するように構成される、スイッチと、を具備する、材料センサシステムと、
1つ又は複数の材料ポンプであって、前記1つ又は複数の材料ポンプのそれぞれは、前記1つ又は複数の材料センサシステムのうちの対応する材料センサシステムの出口から前記材料の流れを受容するように構成され、かつ、前記1つ又は複数の材料ポンプのそれぞれは、前記対応する材料センサシステムの前記出口と、1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素との間を流体的に連結し、かつ、前記1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素に前記材料の流れを向けるように構成される、1つ又は複数の材料ポンプと、を具備する、システム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の制御弁システムを具備し、前記1つ又は複数の制御弁システムのそれぞれは、前記1つ又は複数の材料ポンプのうちのそれぞれの材料ポンプに関連付けられ、かつ、それぞれの前記材料ポンプの空気モータに圧縮空気の流れを送り、前記空気モータの動作を調整するように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の制御弁システムのそれぞれは、前記1つ又は複数の信号に基づいて、前記材料ポンプのそれぞれの前記空気モータへの前記圧縮空気の流れを終了するように構成される、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の材料ポンプのそれぞれが前記材料の流れを、前記1つ又は複数の材料ポンプと前記1つ又は複数の噴霧構成要素との間を流体的に連結する塗料混合器内に送るように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
