Claims (11)
- 内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、
・バルブディスク(6)と、
・バルブステム(8)と、
・前記バルブステム(8)及び前記バルブディスク(6)内のキャビティ(10)と、
・前記キャビティ(10)内に配置された冷却剤(12)と、
を備え、前記キャビティ(10)内に、前記冷却剤(12)のための少なくとも1個のガイドベーン(14,16)が設けられている内部冷却バルブにおいて、
前記少なくとも1個のガイドベーン(16)が、急峻な側面と急峻ではない平坦な側面とを備える三角形状の断面を有するとともに、前記ステム内でらせん状に延在しており、
前記断面は、軸線方向及び半径方向の断面であることを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記冷却剤(12)が、ナトリウムである内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記バルブが、少なくとも二部分で構成されると共に、バルブディスク表面(22)に、リッド(20)で閉鎖される開口(18)を備える内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項3に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記リッド(20)に、冷却剤(12)のための少なくとも1個のガイドベーン(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項4に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記リッド(20)が、少なくとも2個のガイドベーン(14)を有し、該少なくとも2個のガイドベーンが、前記リッド(20)の中央部から外方に向けて対称的かつらせん状に延在していることを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項4〜5の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記リッド(20)が、その中央部に円錐状構造(26)を有し、これにより前記冷却剤(12)が前記ガイドベーン(14)上に導かれることを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記少なくとも1個のガイドベーン(16)の高さが、前記冷却剤(12)のための前記キャビティ(10)における高さの半分よりも小さいことを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項1又は6に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記少なくとも1個のガイドベーン(16)の前記急峻ではない平坦な側面が、前記バルブディスクの内側表面に向けて延在していることを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項1に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記少なくとも1個のらせん状ガイドベーン(16)における前記急峻ではない平坦な側面が、前記少なくとも1個のらせん状ガイドベーン(16)における前記急峻な側面よりも面積が6倍大きいことを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記バルブステム(8)が、複数の部分で構成されていることを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関用の内部冷却バルブ(4)であって、前記リッド(20)に、少なくとも1つの逃がし溝(34)が付加的に設けられ、該少なくとも1つの逃がし溝(34)により、前記バルブディスク表面(22)の開口(18)と前記リッド(20)との間の接合部(32)に作用する負荷が軽減されることを特徴とする内部冷却バルブ。
