Claims (6)
- 光源と、
内部で試料を流通させる試料セルと、
光センサと、
前記光源からの光を前記試料セルへ導くとともに前記試料セルからの光を前記光センサに導く光学系であって、前記光源と前記試料セルとの間又は前記試料セルと前記光センサとの間に光を分光する分光器を有する光学系と、
前記光源を収容するためのランプハウス部と、少なくとも前記試料セル及び前記光学系を収容するための光学系収容部とを有し、前記ランプハウス部と前記光学系収容部とが一体化されている1つのみのハウジングと、を備え、
前記ランプハウス部と前記光学系収容部とが1つのみのハウジングを構成することにより、前記ランプハウス部のハウジングと前記光学系収容部のハウジングとが別体である構成と比較して、前記ランプハウス部に対する室温変動の影響を小さくしたことを特徴とする、分光検出器。 - 前記ハウジングは熱伝導性材料からなるものである請求項1に記載の分光検出器。
- 前記ハウジングの前記ランプハウス部を冷却するための冷却機構をさらに備えている請求項1又は2に記載の分光検出器。
- 前記冷却機構は、前記ハウジングの前記ランプハウス部の熱を吸熱して前記ハウジングから離れた位置へ輸送するヒートパイプを有するものである請求項3に記載の分光検出器。
- 前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記ハウジングの前記ランプハウス部の熱を前記光学系収容部へ輸送する熱輸送機構をさらに備えている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の分光検出器。
- 前記熱輸送機構はヒートパイプである請求項5に記載の分光検出器。
