Claims (22)

を含む、自立型の金属部品の多層の形成方法。 - 前記金属粒子が、0.005から0.300mmの範囲の粒径分布を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の層の各々が、0.010から0.300mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が、0.010mmから300mmの総厚を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質の金属骨格が、15%から59.1%の多孔度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質の金属骨格の浸潤が、15/85から60/40の範囲の溶浸材対骨格の最終的な体積比を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料を用いた前記多孔質の金属骨格の浸潤が、金属合金を用いた浸潤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料を用いた前記多孔質の金属骨格の浸潤が、ポリマー樹脂を用いた浸潤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記自立型の金属部品が、ASTM G65−04(2010)によって測定される際に30mm3から130mm3の体積減少を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 自立型の金属部品の多層の形成方法であって、
(a)結合剤噴射プロセスを用いて複数の層を含む物品を形成する段階であって、
前記複数の層の各々が、金属合金粒子及びバインダーを含み、
前記金属合金粒子が、重量%で、以下の組成:
12.0<Cr<17.0;
2.0<B<6.0;
1.0<Nb<5.0;
0.5<C<2.0;
Mn<2.0;
Si<2.0;
残部のFe;及び
不可避不純物の金属合金を含む、形成する段階と、
(b)20から60%の多孔度を有する硬化された物品を生成するために前記物品を加熱する段階であって、前記加熱する段階が、前記バインダーを硬化し、前記金属合金粒子間に結合を形成する、加熱する段階と、
(c)前記硬化された物品を焼結する段階であって、前記焼結する段階が、前記バインダーを除去するために前記硬化された物品を加熱する段階、及び、多孔質の金属骨格を形成するために5℃/分未満の速度で冷却する段階を含む、焼結する段階と、
(d)前記多孔質の金属骨格に第2の材料を浸潤させ、前記自立型の金属部品を形成する段階であって、前記自立型の金属部品がASTM G65−04(2010)に従って測定した際に130mm3以下の体積減少を有する段階と、
を含む、自立型の金属部品の多層の形成方法。 - 前記金属粒子が、0.005から0.300mmの範囲の粒径分布を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の層の各々が、0.010から0.300mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が、0.010mmから300mmの範囲の総厚を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質の金属骨格が、15%から59.1%の多孔度を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質の金属骨格の浸潤が、15/85から60/40の範囲の溶浸材対骨格の最終的な体積比を提供するように構成される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料を用いた前記多孔質の金属骨格の浸潤が、金属合金を用いた浸潤を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料を用いた前記多孔質の金属骨格の浸潤が、ポリマー樹脂を用いた浸潤を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記自立型の金属部品が、ASTM G65−04(2010)によって測定される際に30mm3から130mm3の体積減少を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却する段階が、2℃/分未満の速度である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却する段階が、2℃/分未満の速度である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結する段階中に、前記金属合金におけるナノスケール構造が変態し、均一な等軸組織を生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
